Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

Ok, I may have been a tad hasty with my comment above. It appears one order hasn’t been cancelled (I note it is the more expensive one😁). Not complaining, it’s still a good bargain.

People who have got the £15 socks on two for one how did you manage it? They aren’t on the offer.

Well I haven't had any email at all apart from one from PayPal...only had one order but neither order nor cancellation has materialised...

@Myneedycat On Friday, to get a pair of £15 socks you had to put one of the 2 for £10 pairs in your basket and then add the £15 pair.

It was a mistake in their system, like the advent socks, so may not work any more.

I’ve just collected my socks orders from a White Stuff shop. Everything that I’d received a despatch notice for was there.

My full order has just been delivered (standard delivery to home).

No email for me today .

Just had an email saying they are honouring my order (only ordered one). Very surprised as didn’t order till mid morning Sunday!

Yeah!! Juts had an email saying they're going to honour the orders! Hope everyone else got the same!

I have literally just received my email to say they’re honouring the calendar at the price I paid (ordered Friday about 7pm). Fair play White Stuff! I’ll definitely be using them again and paying full price, amazing customer service. I honestly took a punt fully expecting it to be cancelled.

I've just had that email too. I don't quite believe it till I get the dispatch email too though.

Hope the socks are nice because, as others have said I would order from them again as well for their fantastic response.

same here, I ordered twice (on different email addresses) and have had an email to both today saying the order would be honoured.
I plan on giving them to my mum to go in the charity boxes she makes for a local hospice every year. She always buys socks herself to go in so I don't feel too guilty as they are for a worthy cause.
I have shopped at White Stuff regularly before and generally found them to have excellent customer service. Last year one dress I ordered didn't turn up (when all those Evri orders went missing) and they immediately sent out a replacement so I for one will definitely keep shopping there.

Once I have received my item I will make sure to praise them on the old social as this is brilliant from them.

I wonder if White Stuff saw how Trespass' feedback Nose dived after their cock up. I shall never darken Trespass' door again after their shoddy lack of communication.

Another one who just got the email saying they'll honour it. I am also a new customer. (I now know) I pass their store on foot at least once a week. Never noticed it before. They have been so lovely and generous with sorting this out. I definitely am going to do some full-price shopping there in future.

oooooh they are going to "sock it up" - I'm so excited! eek. Well done White Stuff, they didn't have to honour but they've certainly bought my goodwill.

I've had the same message saying they'll honour the order. So refreshing for a company to own their mistakes and take the hit. Very impressive service and nice to be able trust a company to fix things if they go wrong. Will be buying more from there in the future.

I am very (pleasantly) surprised they're honouring the orders. If it actually comes I'll shop with them again for sure!
