Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

I ordered the calendar and a pair of socks just before 8pm on Friday, collect from a collection point. They were delivered on Tuesday and I collected yesterday.

I'm planning on giving on Christmas Day to tie in with the 12 days of Christmas. Apparently I didn't get the memo that Christmas socks are just for Christmas.

Those who’ve received the ladies sock calendar and opened them , is the quality of the socks good? Wondering on buying one as have received the men’s but it’s for DH for Christmas.

Yes, IMHO. I do think there's a noticeable difference in quality between the advent calendar socks and the pair I ordered separately. The advent ones feel a bit thinner but they are still nice quality. I'm wearing the turtle ones today and they are perfectly comfortable, not too tight around the top etc and fit my size 8 feet well enough, though the separate pair I got in size 6-8 and so they look bigger and I think will be a better fit. I'd have been happy to get these as a gift.

The separate wool socks are very well made.

7 pack of mens socks and one pair for me received. They're nice enough and great value but probably wouldn't be worth the full price IMO.

Any idea how the one size socks fit up? I can gift my Advent calendar to either a size 3uk or size 7.5uk. Otherwise it will be for me in the middle 🤣

Oh my goodness. Best bargain ever. I paid £1.90 for the advent socks and wool ones altogether and picked up from my local store. Like others have said I'm seriously impressed so will definitely order from them again! Hope everyone gets theirs! X

I got mine yesterday, women's advent calendar and men's advent calendar plus 2 individual pairs for £6.34, still can't believe it! Fair play to them, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I hope someone from White Stuff is looking at this thread and all the positive comments about the outstanding customer service and great quality products. It's exactly what so many of us want from a retailer and don't mind spending extra on or for. It might turn out to be a short-run loss but long-run gain for White Stuff.

I picked up my order today. I'm impressed with the quality of the socks and with the customer service and communication. The clerk in the shop was lovely as well. Positive experience all around.

I totally agree! I’m thrilled and so impressed with them as a company. I’ll be honest they are out of my price band usually but I’m happy to pay more for quality and great service.

Huge thanks to whoever first posted this deal. I collected my second advent today which will be split and gifted and have three lovely pairs of cabin socks for myself . I expected the first two orders that went to the shop to collect to be cancelled , so ordered another for delivery the next morning , one advent was due to be cancelled by them but they sent the 3 pairs of cabin socks anyway. Staff in the shop were lovely too although prices a little too pricey for me normally !

I got an email from Evri saying my parcel from white stuff had been damaged and couldn't be delivered. I contacted white stuff and they issued a refund and gave me a number to ring to reorder and they would honour the original price. You cant fault them on their customer service. I've decided it would be too cheeky of me to reorder though
