Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

My womens calender and wool socks came the next day I ordered even thought I didnt pay for next day. The mens calender and wool socks I ordered about 20 mins after the 1st order has just turned up now

Well done for keeping it off hot deals guys, I think that helped as there was no crazy purchases.

My Email came today too to say the order will be honoured. I ordered a calendar and a pair of socks at about 9pm on Friday so still hope for those holding out!!

My 2nd order is on the way. Received the Advent Calendar and pair of the wool socks yesterday. I've also had another confirmation that another pair of wool socks I ordered are being dispatched, must be one of the 2for £10 in today's delivery. Can't believe that they're sending them out!

I will certainly shop with them now( full price!)

Tbh I doubt they would have sold many of the calendars at the full price, so they would have ended up discounted in the sale anyway. But it's still remarkable they've honoured the glitch and I will shop with them again.

I ordered Friday evening 9:30 ish and no emails or correspondence other than order confirmation email since.

I got the sorry email even though I got my two calendars last weekend.

It will be amazing as I literally paid £4 ish so I will be a v happy sock bunny.

I collected my order (one pair of socks + women's advent calendar) today. The order was placed at about 10pm on Friday and I used the 15% code which means I paid £3.17.
For anyone wondering, the socks inside the calendar are just loose, not joined with a card which might make them difficult to gift/donate as they look opened. I'm just hoping that the "one size" socks fit my big size 8 feet, otherwise my Mum is going to get 12 pairs of socks as an early Christmas gift! The quality of all socks is great, IMHO. They're lovely socks

I'm impressed with White Stuff for honouring these orders. I was fully expecting my order to be cancelled, tbh.

I’m impressed they’re honouring an order each, like others I’ve been so put off using Tresspass after their bad handling.
I only placed one order, at 20:06 and I paid for next day delivery hoping that would help increase my chances! So £16 for the ladies calendar and one pair of wool mix- have had the “sock it up” email yesterday but no sign of the delivery yet. Hope they come soon as just put a toe through my fave pair of socks!

I placed 2 orders for one each of the advent calendars plus a '2 for £10' pair, but used 2 different email addresses as I wanted to use the extra 15% off code as well which I think also glitched and took off too much, so each order was only £3.17 in the end. I've had emails to both accounts to say that they're honouring the orders. As a pp said I think I will order something else from WS soon to make up for it slightly though.

I ordered before 8pm on Friday and still haven't heard squeak yet! I ordered a normal socks and an advent calendar. I feel like every time I've had an email since Saturday I've jumped 😂

No emails since confirmation on Friday at around ten pm so not holding out hope!!

I'm actually not convinced I will ever get the order, despite getting the email to say they will honour the calendar mis-price. I ordered Friday evening and still no despatch.

I would not be at all surprised if the emails today are to soften the blow/look good before the orders get cancelled due to no stock. Or we receive half the order - so a single pair of socks.

I placed 2 orders and got the email that they'd honour one, one was out for delivery yesterday and one has apparently just been dispatched!
The one out for delivery yesterday shows this in the tracking... what on earth is a geofence? I don't have any fences, geo or not.

A geofence is like an area on a map so the drivers satnav probably put a geofence around your delivery address that the driver has said he couldn't get to. I would assume its driver code for couldn't be bothered/didn't have time to deliver, unless you have a road closed near your address or something.

Mine has been dispatched. Ordered yesterday but didn’t go for the calendar, went for a multipack 🤞

I've just had a dispatch notification and will definitely be buying from them again. Their comms and engagement on this one have been brilliant despite!
