White Stuff socks 🐑

Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

I made two orders when the op mentioned about the deal. First order of two cabin socks(?!) Owl and fox socks came to the house today. Second order was women's advent and textured wool mix socks. Advent was collected from drop off shop... No idea what's happened to the wool socks 🤣

I’m following out of interest but didn’t order in the end because I couldn’t deal with the uncertainty after reading the last paragraph on the terms; even after dispatch they can contact you. My order was going to be £6.60 including delivery for the advent calendar and owl socks and I didn’t think I could argue it wasn’t an obvious pricing error! Also, we don’t wear patterned socks so I’d have been ordering for the sake of it anyway. Fingers crossed for everyone who did order though.

Still nothing for me since the working on it email lastnight........ 😔

No dispatch email here either.

Looks like the cancellations are starting - Just received an email to say they will honour one of my orders but the additional orders will be cancelled and refunded. Better than nothing!

I just got an email saying the promotion was wrong but as a gesture of goodwill they will honour one of my orders. I'd ordered one for me and one for DH. I hope it's mine that turns up!

They’re honouring the first order placed, if you placed additional orders it will be cancelled

I wonder how that works with the orders which have already been delivered, to homes, collection places and White Stuff shops.

Fair play to them for honouring the first order. Very nicely handled.

I only put one order in so will be interested to see if they let me have it. No email from them yet.

I placed 3 orders- one of each advent calendar & one with a multipack of socks. Had snails this evening to tell me all 3 are ready to collect from store. But then since received the email above that they will order one advent calendar order only- which I’m more than happy with tbh!
The email is very clear that it was an error with the advent calendars so will wait to see if my multipack order gets cancelled too…

I was feeling a bit off that I’d maybe taken advantage of the glitch too far so this sits better on my conscience any way tbh!!

I’ve just collected my second order from evri parcelshop but have had no contact at all regarding my first order which was to be delivered to home.

I have retrieved both of my orders. I also got the email.

Snail is the right pace for my emails!

I don't have the email! I think they've forgotten me!

I paid for next working day delivery when I ordered late on Friday so was expecting it to be delivered tomorrow. Haven’t had a dispatch email yet though so unlikely.

I have an order at the parcel shop, I didn't get round to collect it today. Do you think they will request it's sent back?

I received a ready to collect email and have now received the email about the mistake. I wonder if I won't be allowed to collect my order.

I did two orders but on different email addresses - one of my orders is with the courier so I am assuming I'm going to get that. I had the We're working on it email for the other order and haven't had a cancellation (yet).

Received email as above ie only one order will be honoured, which I agree is nicely handled.

I’m wondering how they identify multiple orders though. I placed a second order on behalf of my mum - her email address and delivery address, my credit card and from my device.
