Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

No email yet. I've already had one order delivered. The other order I've only had the "We're working on your order" email. Orders made with different email addresses but same name and delivery address.

However, their email says,”Clearly we've made a mistake with the set up of this promotion, as the Calendar costs £39 and contains 12 pairs of socks, and did not have the ‘2 for £10’ badge displayed against it, but it was incorrectly treated as part of the promotion at the check out. “

I posted a screenshot on the other thread where the advent calendars did have the ‘2 for £10’ badge, as did icamehomelikeastone.

I haven't received the email nor my order but yes the advent calendar did have the offer on it and I did post it on the other thread. It kind of blew up after I posted.

Oh wow. I'd written off the wool mix socks (I've never had them acknowledged past the initial order I put in for them!) and assumed they'd maybe kept them to help recoup costs (which I was actually fine with, the advent and cabin socks I've received would have been worth it anyway) but no, just got an email saying they're on their way to the shop for me to collect! Very impressed. I'll make a full priced order with them soon out of respect for the way they've handled the glitch, a bargain is a bargain, but still. Fingers crossed for others getting their orders 🤞

I ordered 2 lots. Different email address but same name, address and payment details
had 1 email saying id left items in my basket which matched 1 of the orders, and a working on it email on the other
checking my bank account I don’t see any payment or refund either to white stuff. Weird as I paid with Apple Pay

I haven't received anything since the 'we're working on it' email so I think mine might be cancelled which is a shame but pleased some people got theirs. I hope the original poster got theirs 🤞🏻

I've had nothing since the confirmation email when I ordered on Friday. I only made one order. I have a feeling it will be cancelled but they need to hurry up about it.

I'm still the same and made one order without the discount then tried with the discount via another email. I also ordered quite early so I can't make sense of the way they are going though the orders at all. I've always had the feeling mine would be cancelled though. I'm really surprised at some who ordered later on / early hours of Sat AM who have had delivery notifications.

I made two orders and have had one cancellation email just now. However the reason given was items are out of stock rather than the glitch.

The order I made in the early hours of Saturday morning has been dispatched. I didn’t use the 15% for that one (as I had already used it on my other order) and it was a single pair of socks and the 7 pack. The order I placed on Friday, with the advent calendar, I’ve heard no more about.

Online it still says ready to ship. I wish they'd just sodding cancel it if they're going to. I can't be doing with being ghosted.

I placed 1 order Friday 9pm. Calendar and pair of owl socks, used the 15%, delivery to local place so still paid delivery. Had the working on it email then nothing since. Other half did the same about half hour later, same boat for him.

Just had an email to say the item they were going to post is now OOS. This is the order they said they would acknowledge as a token of goodwill. Oh well, it was worth a try!

Sorry to quote myself, but wanted to add something.

Both calendars are still available on the website! I honestly would have been more than happy if they had just said they were cancelling the order due to the mistake, instead of lying to me 😕

My orders have arrived! 1 x advent calendar + pair of Christmas socks and 2 x £15 pairs of socks - if you see what I mean! All looks great. All for a grand total of £23 delivered to my home.
