Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

I’ve just had an email saying “we’re working on your order” so who knows. I only paid for regular delivery so I wouldn’t have even expected dispatch yet as I ordered about 6.45 on Friday.

I've had the same @mmmmmchocolate - order placed around the same time as you too. I wonder what will happen there as it's not really a dispatch or confirmation email and feels a bit like a pre-warning of cancellation?

Evri have just updated their tracking information and apparently my parcel is at my local depot and should be delivered (to my local pick up point) within 24 hours. Still no news on my other order which is to be delivered to home.

I’ve just got the ‘we’re working on your order’ email too, not expecting it to arrive though as I used the code and it came out at something like £4 for a pair of woolly socks and an advent calendar 😂 someone will spot it tomorrow morning surely?! Like Trespass.

Good point! I also placed my order around then. Wish I’d gone for express delivery but didn’t even think.

When I log into my account, my status is ‘ready to ship’.
I’m thinking they’ve picked and packed it and just waiting for the courier to collect tomorrow *fingers crossed’

I placed two orders - had a confirmation and the strange 'we're on it' email for one and nothing at all for the other. I wonder what tomorrow brings!

I've just had the "We're working on it" email for my first order placed at 7.30pm on Friday for a pair of socks and the women's advent. My 2nd order for men's advent plus pair of llama socks was marked dispatched on Saturday ( not yet received).

Baaa.. gutted I was too late for the advent calendar yesterday but ordered a 7pack plus a single pair for £10 and was so excited it worked I forgot to use the new customer code. Oh well. Let’s see what happens.

Ooh I've had an email saying my order 'has left the building'.

@WimbyAce it's hard to know because they keep changing what's in the offer but I don't think either item in my order are in the actual offer. So there's hope.

My parcel has been manifested for delivery. I’m manifesting it in my hands. It’s my birthday this week so if it arrives I will be opening it for the 12 days after my birthday!

The mens calendar is out for delivery today and the womens one is still ready to ship. I'm not holding out hope for the womens one to be shipped, I can imagine someone is in trouble at whitestuff this morning!

Ordered at 7.19 Friday - items have been dispatched and are now at the Evri hub (standard delivery). When I looked at the order on my account it has everything marked as shipped all with the same tracking number but when checking the shipping info “items in this shipment” only has the advent and a pack of three but not the 2 x wool mix socks.

I had a " working on your order " e-mail last night at about 10.50 pm.

I used the 15 % and normal delivery.
