Has anyone else not received a dispatch email from white stuff for the socks? Ordered at around 6 yesterday but no dispatch yet

My orders are both available to collect now, no advents but one with two seven packs. Anyone successfully collected theirs yet? Bit worried they’ll stop collection and it will be awkward!

I ordered ladies advent and a pair of socks.

Order number 1 is out for delivery..Evri is nearly an hour late 😱. 2nd order is now with Evri, so should be delivered tomorrow. Not altogether sure what's in the parcels as both are showing just one item in each!

My order is due to be delivered by Evri between 1 and 2. Delivery email only shows the advent. No mention of the single pair of socks.

Difficult to work out what the thinking is behind their order of dispatching (and also that they have actually sent any orders at all!) Also like PP says, sending out multiple deliveries for orders is costing them.

I had one order with no discount (cabin socks and ladies advent) and another order the same, but with the 15% off applied. Both around 7pm Friday. Standard delivery.

Had the 'working on it' emails for both last night. Nowt since.

My order for the mens advent arrived with a pair of socks and Im actually very impressed with it. Really hoping the other gets despatched, but I'm not hopeful.

I’ve just checked my PayPal account , they have only debited for the single pairs of socks at 55p a pair , still a nice little present to myself !

I ordered 630pm on Friday. Just received my order. I got confirmation email on Friday night, dispatch email on Saturday morning, then 'with courier' email on Sunday, out for delivery email today.
I'm in NI and paid delivery (not express). I received my full order. 1 x ladies advent, 2 x £15 and 1 x £12 socks. Total I paid £11.35 including delivery. It should have been £81 without any promotions!!! Who would pay that amount on socks!!! But I'm very pleased with my bargain. The owl cabin socks are so soft and thick. Thank you to OP.

Hi, I have just picked up my two orders from instore- 1x ladies a/c and pair of Xmas socks and 1x men’s a/c and Xmas socks. It took me two minutes to collect.

I made a few orders. The ones I ordered by 7:45pm on Friday are now available for collection from my local store.

I ordered two after 10pm that evening, partly to test of the offer was still working as someone had posted that it seemed to have finished. (That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.) I had an email yesterday to say that the single pair part of one of my orders had been despatched, but I’ve heard nothing about the other three items.

It seemed to me that the 12 days of Christmas sets were quite good items to put in the charity gift appeals which come around in December, at £7:22 each. If not, I can return them up to 21 January.

I’ve just collected one order with an advent calendar and socks from a Whitestuff store, no problem. Two pairs of socks from two other orders I made were also sent to store for collection, no advent calendars with them though. The shop assistant told me that any orders made after 8pm on a Friday night get delivered to store on a Tuesday. Happy with what I’ve got even if the rest of my order is cancelled.

Order no1 turned 3 hours late! Nicely surprised as I got the mens advent calendar and 1 pr of the ladies wool llama. Beautiful quality

I'm a but pissed off now, as at least with the Trespass palaver, the whole bloody lot got cancelled.

Pleased for those who have received orders, but my Autistic brain thinks if they are going to cancel, just do it and at least I'll know for sure. Impatient mare that I am.
