Curious to see how many presents people have under their tree.
I have two dcs and never think it looks enough, I just love to see their little faces light up in the morning.

This isn't a judgy thread I'm just genuinely curious.
Here's mine ours its just presents for 2 dc. Me and dp exchanged today.

Except only one person used brought, and they used it in context. They brought the presents down.

If you want to be a smart arse, first you have to be smart. Otherwise you're just an arse.

I think this is a lovely thread (well it was). It brings me joy to see all the festive rooms and presents.

I don’t compare myself to others or get envious so I’m able to be happy for others without negative feelings. I’m a happy person in general. I’ve noticed that those who are envious and compare themselves to others are often bitter and unhappy.

We don’t have that many presents either - we have what works for us. We don’t put all presents under the tree; the ones that Santa delivers (that the DC know are paid for by us) are under the tree but gifts from family are elsewhere in the room, as the DC know that we put these out as we are given them in advance.

I love this thread. I certainly don't find it vulgar as some posters have said. I suppose it depends on what kind of person you are. There are pictures here showing more and showing less than what we had wrapped and not once did any other feeling but happiness and nostalgia wash over me.
I would never think of being jealous or bitter over a strangers Christmas. I felt the excitement through the pics imagining the kids on Christmas morning. Santa presents under the tree is magical.
I loved everybody's pictures.

absolutely and do they get the same all again on their birthday. Children dont need lots of presents it dosent bring happiness. They are more likely to look after less and treasure it.

@girlfriend44 maybe yours, but not mine. Mine are grateful and thrilled, they've had lots of presents and a magical Christmas.
Each to their one, the judgmental posts on here seem bitter and that's a shame for the people saying it. I hope you all find some happiness
