I think the one4all amcard bas become better online, I straightaway Swales ours for an adidas voucher online and then used the adidas voucher as normal no issues, hopefully New Look do the same

Argh…after being asked what voucher DD would like for Xmas and me saying one for New Look, a family member has bought “a red one that can be used in lots of places”. I have an awful dread that it’s a One4All card 😬
Ive never used one before but all the reviews are terrible

They are absolutely fine. Dd has been gifted them many times and have never had a problem

PiL have announced that they would quite like Oodies. My pre-teen niece also fancies one.

Does anyone know where I can buy genuine ones or at least very good quality ones? The oodie website doesn't offer express delivery and I'm worried they won't be here in time. Thanks

TU Sainsbury's have all their Christmas clothing reduced heavily - pyjamas, jumpers that sort of thing. If you do click and collect it should be here by Christmas. I've ordered some novelty slippers for FIL and MIL (£3.60 and £2.70), Christmas dresses for my daughters which will fit next year too (£2.40 - £2.70 each) and pyjamas for myself (£4.80)

For the World Cup trophy and a white Qatar World Cup football.

Any I’ve seen online are delivered after Christmas and they’ve to come to Northern Ireland.

Has anyone seen these in high street shops?

I have another plea for help now….

DD has found out her friend (16) and her 6 younger siblings (2, 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12) very rarely get anything from Santa (money is tight with so many of them) so I’ve offered to be Santa… we’re thinking chocolate coins, a stocking filler or2 and a present. I can split multipack bath bombs etc as stocking fillers but want a “main present” each on a budget around 10-15 per child. All have to be b&m/ Argos/ boots/ smyths/ the works/ supermarket/ H&M/ tkmaxx/ wilko as that’s where we can get to in the available time!
any suggestions welcome, boy or girl as I won’t know gender til we meet up tomorrow evening.

What a lovely family you are! Have a look at the 2 for £20 or 2 for £30 at Argos for Lego for main presents - if you sort by price high to low in the deal section you'll see that they often have Lego sets that are usually £25/£18 each, 2 for £30/£20.
Also bm has some fab sweet gifts. I hope your mission fills you with Christmas cheer - I'm sure the kids will be so delighted.

I saw a white Qatar World Cup football in sports direct last week (I'm in ni too). No idea for a trophy tho! Could you see if there are any local trophy makers that could help?

@Howmanysleepsnow my 6 year old received Screwball Scramble as a present last year. He has played with it consistently over the year and it does not require batteries. I think it would be awesome for the 7 year old. It’s available from Argos or Smyths in your budget. That or a simple ball run would offer hours of entertainment. For the two year old I would go some sort of Playfood set. You could easily find in B & M or any supermarkets. For the four year old how about Sticklebricks? Or some sort of building bricks. Or a game like pop up
pirate, connect 4 etc.

This is the spirit of Christmas 🎅🏻 🥰

Argh can anyone help? I finished Christmas shopping for my children a while ago, but they've just taken out their Super Mario lego to play with and the batteries in the Mario have leaked, so he doesn't work. His battery-powered reactions to the various pieces are the whole point of the Mario lego, so both children are gutted. I've had a scout online, but can't find anywhere to buy just Mario without buying a(nother!) whole base set which is very pricey. Can anyone point me towards a lego Super Mario on his own (preferably not too expensive) or a cheap set with him in?

Never seen the hoodies go so quick, I had a sloth one in my basket and now they’re sending emails telling me to complete my order when it’s sold out!

More last minute shopping than usual this year I think with all the delays/cancellations.
