I have another plea for help now….

DD has found out her friend (16) and her 6 younger siblings (2, 4, 7, 10, 11 and 12) very rarely get anything from Santa (money is tight with so many of them) so I’ve offered to be Santa… we’re thinking chocolate coins, a stocking filler or2 and a present. I can split multipack bath bombs etc as stocking fillers but want a “main present” each on a budget around 10-15 per child. All have to be b&m/ Argos/ boots/ smyths/ the works/ supermarket/ H&M/ tkmaxx/ wilko as that’s where we can get to in the available time!
any suggestions welcome, boy or girl as I won’t know gender til we meet up tomorrow evening.

That is a really kind thing to do, and you have obviously raised your daughter well.

Could you get a few chocolate treats, headphones, playdough type things for the younger kids plus books( peppa, pawpatrol, disney)

maybe even a family cinema gift voucher, even just for the older kids if they have one locally? Vue or cineworld so they can have a treat trip?

Is the oldest a girl? Maybe hair tool or beauty related? Or a nice item of clothing/hoodie/something 16 year olds wear. Or a gift voucher for somewhere like a one for all so the older ones could buy a treat?

Headphones are only any good if they have something to use them with? Depends on how tight money is as to if that's likely

@Howmanysleepsnow would a hot water bottle work for the older girls? Got one for DD12's friends and she wanted one as well - great for the cold and for period pain as well. Got then from B&M and they were lovely faux fur ones for £8 (pink or lovely blue/grey colour).

I think it depends on how you want to use it. I have had several and never had a problem but always used in a shop, I understand they are a pain to use online

@whoknows1230 The one4all are a pain but easy enough to use once you know all the ‘rules’, use within 18 months or they start taking money off, know how much is left on there otherwise it gets declined and it’s difficult/impossible to spend more than the voucher amount online as it goes through like a credit card.

@Howmanysleepsnow the true spirit of christmas ❤️ for the younger ones, etch a sketch board, busy board books, magnet tiles, b&m brand duplo blocks, scratch art, magnetic sand, board games from b&m, the works also has 3for £15 on games. Primark have lots of snuddies or you might find reduced christmas pjs or fluffy socks (sold in packs of 2)

How Winston delivered Christmas is down to £4.50 on Amazon. I realise it’s a bit late for the year but a good price. It’s a lovely story with a chapter each day in December and little activities to do. We’ve had it a few years now and my son asks for it still.

I think the one4all amcard bas become better online, I straightaway Swales ours for an adidas voucher online and then used the adidas voucher as normal no issues, hopefully New Look do the same
