I can't see who recommended the Die Hard "poetry" book but it was a huge hit here (Die Hard is part of our Christmas Eve family tradition because Alan Rickman) and DD literally narrated the film with the book. Thank you whoever it was!

If you haven’t received enough chocolate this Christmas you might consider buying yourself some from The Chocolate Society’s Almost Perfect range, which has just been restocked.

They have lots of different packs of 10 bonbons for £3 per pack. Most are short-dated (and possibly are the ones in the Signature Selection box) but some have eat-by dates up to May.

There are also boxes suitable for presents in the Sale section and in here.

To add to my previous post about The Chocolate Society I think that the £3 bags of short-dated bonbons with Signature in their name are fresh chocolates.

Thank you to this thread and all who have posted lots of bargains and amazing ideas. Some very happy gift recipients here. The Moon ball was a huge hit along with the Harry Potter illustrated book. Another hit was the outline pens someone posted about (they have been used lots already). Hooded blanket went down like a lead balloon by the grumpy recipient (clearly has shares in the energy companies as prefers to have the heating on high 🤷🏻‍♀️). The Boohoo beauty bargains off Debenhams were fab and put into a beauty hamper. So many great bargains/ideas.

Very thankful to everyone who has contributed to this thread the past few months. I got lots of bargains but more importantly I got help and ideas for hard to buy for relatives. I bought things I didn't know I needed (hairy milk and moon balls) This has been my first year but I'll definitely be here next year too. I even have a bag of presents already for kids birthdays next year as I purchased wayyyy too much for my DD7 and only realised when i put it all out on Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas everyone

Thanks for all the bargains, very happy dc on Xmas day. Entertainer have the Pioxbitz studio at 8.74 down from £35, and refill packs down in price as well. my 6 yr old has loved the studio which we got from the entertainer before Xmas at the cheaper price.

6 bottles of Chardonnay from November update- a single bottle arrived this morning. Went on the Amazon chat and said i was expecting 6 bottles so they gave me a refund and told me to keep it. “The listing was unclear”.
