Just an update re: Hype who have still not replied to any of my emails and are still showing my order (placed in November) as not yet dispatched - I started a credit card chargeback and the company was really helpful, and I should get my refund within 25 days. It doesn't help that several Xmas presents were due to arrive, but at least the refund should be on its way.

They asked me if I wanted to put a block on Hype trying to charge my card, so I am a tiny bit suspicious I'm not the only one who's having trouble with this company.

@Puffalicious Shipbob distrubute, fulfill and ship warehouse orders for various companies, so it could be one of around 7,000. Hopefully it's what you have been waiting for!

I'm just checking is anyone else waiting on a Blondies cookie order? I gave my code away but my husband used his & had assumed it had arrived...& that I'd ate it😂

@NotAdultingToday there's a Facebook page dedicated to finding this dolls house and someone has said there are some in the Westfield entertainer store. I'm not sure if that is local to you? Might be worth calling some of the entertainer stores. I've done that before when things have been oos online & my local store has had them. Good luck.

@NotAdultingToday it may be of no use to you but they had them in stock at The Entertainer in Basingstoke at lunchtime today. It might be worth ringing (01256 814606) to see of they're able to post one (not sure if they'd consider it but worth an ask).

@NotAdultingToday there are now two in Brentwood on marketplace reduced to £95 each , my marketplace algorithms are going to be interesting for a while , just listed as gabbys dream house 🤣

Tesco in store had all the kids Christmas clothes reduced, including Christmas jumpers. May be helpful to parents in Wales for Christmas jumper/non uniform day at the end of this week. (End of term is 23rd here 🙄).

@tabbycat985 mine was at the sorting office and I wasn't carded for it but hubby picked it up when he went to collect another parcel. I had to put it in oven as it was raw in the middle. Glad I only paid postage on it and sent it to myself. I'd have been disappointed if it was sent as a gift (despite it being nicely wrapped)

@Justhereforthechristmasthreads Oh that's really bad!! My husband has just had a reply from them saying they haven't dispatched & to expect it after Christmas even though it was ordered on December 5th. Customer service was really 'hey bestie' vibes & quite unprofessional but the crux is that he won't receive a refund because they're baked to order
He was gifting it as a secret Santa add on & would have been mortified if it was raw!!

Another random question from me, sorry. But I was one of those that jumped on a very early molton brown outlet deal (summer time I think) and I wondered are most of their products suitable for men? I bought the geranium nefertum shower gel and lotion set which has a lovely box. Is it suitable for men though does anyone know? I'm sure it was said so at the time but Im slightly worried about gifting it to a recipient now...

Very late in the day but I could really use some help.... I am desperately looking for some boys green cords, size 12-13 years (or there abouts). Obviously need next day delivery, I've tried Boden, Next, Debenhams, John Lewis and even Amazon in desperation! They need to be bright festive green or at a push bottle green but not khaki. Found a perfect pair by Kite on the Debenhams site but 5 days delivery and Kite direct even longer. Does anyone have any suggestions of other places I could try please please please.

@Mustangsallyis thank you, they are the perfect colour but only go up to 12y which is 11-12 & as they are leggings and he's quite chunky I'm worried they might not fit. I think I might order them anyway, showing as collect from Friday for me. Might be worth a try if I don't find anything else in the meantime. Thanks so much for helping.

Have you tried looking for men's small or xs? I find they fit my 12-13 yo boy quite often!

I had a last minute panic today when I got the kids stuff out to wrap. Some things haven’t arrived and others will need to be exchanged for different sizes, with no time left to actually make the exchange, so there doesn’t seem to be much.

So I twitched. Bought this waffle maker with Hershey’s sauces (bought separately). I had an Amazon offer for an extra 20% off Warehouse items, so it worked out as just over £20 for full size waffle maker, and £3 each for the sauces. I’ll wrap them all up together with some mini marshmallows and will make sure we have ice cream and cream ready.
