Thanks for the update re smashed grapes as I don't use Facebook. I'm hoping the case which is marked as sent will arrive then but the one which shows as preorder I don't understand, as that was a case ordered right at the beginning so wasn't even caught up in the whole tasting kit saga. They've got into a right mess.

I don't think they could cope with the volume of orders which has then been compounded by the RM strike. They do sound very apologetic.

I’m now having to restrain myself from buying for next year. We move house in the spring so I don’t really want to be packing presents.

Well said 👏 it's really not in the spirit of these threads or Christmas. The codes were abused and everyone has been fully aware of royal mail strikes, a quick Google will you show you the mess royal mail is in with packages.
I didn't order as it all felt wrong at the time, I'm now tempted to order in the new year.

My boxes weren't the free ones. I am perfectly happy that I'm not being unreasonable, given they dispatched an order (allegedly) I cancelled over a week before. There was no contract in place for them to supply me at that stage.

I got an email saying my SG orders were cancelled but when I look on the website it says order fulfilled, what does this mean?

Nonsense. Every company which lets us down is able to be discussed in relation to this. They should've pulled the code if they were getting overwhelmed. (Plus, I didn't use the code, I had a different deal which wasn't as good. Also, as they were for presents, I needed reliability, which they couldn't provide.)

Their investment crowdfunding explains that their strategy is to dramatically increase the number of customers with their “try before you buy” kits to drive second and then repeat purchases. The kits are a loss-leader. They never had any intention of pulling the code (which as a £million+ company pre latest funding round, with a savvy marketing partner, they certainly could have).

I'm puzzled here. I've had a message saying Evri have my parcel from Shipbob. I have NO idea who or what this is. I've checked emails but no email from anything of that name.

All I'm waiting on is Honestly Eco (and World of Books who are Royal Mail and it's arriving tomorrow). Anyone else seeing Shipbob?

They definitely won't arrive in time they take forever when there are no strikes and it's not Christmas so don't order them now!!

I placed mine in November with a delivery date of yesterday. Heard nothing and nothing been delivered 😞 Can't go without red wine over Christmas but can't afford to pay twice!! Aaaaaaarghhhh!

@Puffalicious I've also had that email plus an email from Honestly Eco saying some of my order is being delivered by Evri. Trouble is I got a refund from Paypal so don't particularly want the stuff now a full month after I ordered.
