I got through and confirmed my order in the end but Tesco really do need to sort their shit out - this is rubbish!

The message for the queue now says don't use the app, use the website. They say that they are working on the app issues but obviously not clear how long that might take.

I got the 18th, pretty useless, can't even put a turkey crown on it as you have to have a slot from the 20th to do that. Meh.

Keep clicking the try again button - it works eventually. I got a slot on 23rd and then went back and got a couple more in the two weeks before Xmas. Took ages though and lots of error messages. Not an amazing experience!!

I forced myself up at 5.

was on the app from 5.30 and 9500ish in the queue. Checked out at 6.15 ish but had issues with errors etc, took a few attempts.

It depends on your store. Ours is now down to slots 6 days before, they are always useless for delivery slots.

I'm honestly not trying to be an arse about it, but the other supermarkets seem to manage just fine. PP here saying no issues at all when Sainsbury's released their slots.

Also, as it's Delivery Saver people only they would have been able to get a very good idea of the likely traffic. They could easily up their capacity for the release but it's been a nightmare really. We really shouldn't have to queue for two hours to get a slot - it's just poor planning and sod all effort from Tesco as they know people will wait....

You should be able to see the slots but they'll be showing as booked up/unavailable.

Can you see that far or can you literally only see up until 12th Dec?

If you can't see past the 12th Dec and you had the email saying you could book from today, there's a glitch somewhere.

If you can see the slots for 23rd Dec etc and they've been booked up, then you're logged in OK but the availability in your area has just gone.

I remembered from previous years that the app can crash so logged in on their website at 6:02. I was 254000 or thereabouts but was all booked in and done by 8am 👍🏻
