I’ve taken the liberty of making us a shiny new thread!

I'm drinking mulled wine, eating chocolate and trying to pass off someone else's Christmas tree as my own so I can look poncey.

@Trumpton what to do with my paperwhite bulbs now? I've taken them all down and put them in the shed for the time being.

My Dad doesn't think they'll survive if I plant them out.

Ours still havent flowered yet! Although I can see some buds starting to develop so hopefully we'll have blooms starting to show over the new few weeks and help with the dull January feeling.
Im not sure they will flower again but I dont know for certain

Your dad is probably right! But what have you got to loose?
I don’t plant mine out as I have a deep aversion to gardening. They certainly won’t do inside again. Mine are just going over now but they have been so lovely to have even if I still can’t smell them!

I saw a tip earlier, maybe not poncetastic but brilliant all the same. When you pack away your christmas decorations, add in a bottle of wine and a card with money in it for a takeaway so that Christmas 2022 starts with some loveliness!
