Thanks @Bezzi for the title. Poor old link being colicky 🤣
@newusernameforxmas I was charged for the free samples too. I emailed to let them know and received a response a day or so later offering to refund the cost of p&p. Really impressed with the customer service
I’m pleased to hear that.

When I’ve needed to be in touch with Penhaligon’s they have been very slow to reply to my emails. Perhaps they have taken on more staff to deal with the online side of things now.

@Haudyourwheesht

Any thoughts on Guess Who for a fairly mature 4.5 year old? We'd like to get her a game but she's not a good loser..!
My daughter is the same age and likes guess who but the doors can be fiddly. They fo special versions as well,we have a Disney pricess one that I picked up in a charity shop.

@vivicrocodile

I just reread what Ive written above and I wasn't clear in my head before I wrote it. 🤦‍♀️

Hype only do sizes 5/6, 7/8 so the hype is probably a bit small as it was the same as an M&S 5-6 jumper.

I’ve been looking at these so thanks for saying what is in them! I’m not sure from your comment about sizes though...are you saying the 5-6 is the same as M&S 5-6 or the 7-8 is the same as the M&S 5-6? Children have had me up over an hour already so likely me not reading properly.

Karatechopp · 06/11/2021 07:07

Sorry that code is for 10%. Not quite awake yet!

Number109 · 06/11/2021 07:13

@Kollamoolitumarellipawkyrollo I read it as it’s the same size as M&S 5-6 but as Hype sizing misses out 6-7 it’s probably on the smaller size for the older/taller children in the range.

FeltCarrot · 06/11/2021 07:17

@guiltynetter

Can anybody recommend something dinosaur related for just turned 3 year old DS? he's absolutely obsessed, he has lots of plastic dinosaur figures that he plays with every day and that's about it.
I saw an episode of Alan Titchmarsh garden programme where they made an outdoor dinosaur world with a volcano. Might be something you could recreate in a tuff tray.

@hairycabbage

I'm new here 👋 but finally given in and starting to sort Christmas out... Does anyone have a code for wiggle? I'm really stuck for ideas for 14 yo ds who like the usual branded sports wear but is also obsessed with hockey and rugby... any ideas gratefully received! I'm probably preaching to the converted but MAtalan have 20% off so I stocked up on pyjamas etc for my dds
I bought my hockey obsessed nephew personalised hockey balls last Christmas, lots of options if you google. They were a hit. (Pun intended!)
Haudyourwheesht · 06/11/2021 07:31

That's a great tip, @DockOTheBay - she loves Disney Princesses so I've managed to get a second hand one on eBay.

TinyTroubleMaker · 06/11/2021 07:42

Oh thank you for that sloth hairdryer link, that's fab my daughter will love it!

BestofLuck · 06/11/2021 07:48

@1stTimeMama thank you. I’ve gone ahead and bought one I hope will be suitable now. They offer a trial first so I’ll have to try it out on DD’s behalf so as not to spoil the surprise!

Tamtam86 · 06/11/2021 07:51

Thank you for the hotel Chocolat bargain! I missed out on the similar offer last year so I'm pleased to get this one Smile

Someaddedsugar · 06/11/2021 07:52

Thank you to the PP who shared the Hot Diamonds earrings. I went for the Saturn ones (£14 after codes) and they're really nice - very subtle too despite the diamond/cz stones. Perfect for DSIL!

TinyTroubleMaker · 06/11/2021 07:53

For those looking at Velvetiser / frothers, I bought the Lavazza milk frother after it was on here for £20 a couple of years ago. Does more or less the fame as my friend's Velvetiser and still going strong. I'm so impressed with the Lavazza quality I bought a coffee machine the Jolie (also on a deal) the next Xmas, also would recommend that. I have the red and black one it looks very handsome.

Thank you! The lucky dip bags were down to £29 this morning but now back up to £69 so will leave it in the hope they go down again

dizzygirl1 · 06/11/2021 08:03

Just went to buy a dressing gown for ds from m &s but it's full price.... gave myself a shake and wait for a bargain 🤣🤣🤣

Christmas1988 · 06/11/2021 08:03

@guiltynetter I noticed Play Doh are doing a dinosaur range, that might be a change from plastic figures. Orchard games Dotty Dino would be a good Dino game for a little one too.

PinkDaydreams · 06/11/2021 08:10

home bargains have 5m Kraft paper 59p not sure if this is a good price or not as I remember posters buying massive rolls off Amazon last year.
