I'd go world of books. I rarely buy from anywhere else, tbh. Hi direct from them not via Amazon and they often do 4x3 5x4 etc.

Thanks for the iPad advice @neonleopard, @Whydidimarryhim & @YoungGiftedPlump. He's happy to go up to £600, but I really don't think he needs to spend that much at all. I'm now looking at the Mini vs the iPad 9, the Mini is obviously more portable, but she's used to the larger size I suppose.

Set of cheese knives, nice condiments, crackers & oat cakes. I got a nice chilli jam here last year that went great with cheese.

@mammyaroundmadness the above link also does cheese tuckles but I haven’t tried them. I’m sure someone else could recommend a cheese company.

Anyone know the best current deal on a box of normal Lego? A couple of years ago Asda had a super bargain on a big box and now I begrudge paying too much

Asda has a big box in their toy sale again. Sorry can’t remember exact pricing but similar bargain to what they’ve had in prior years. Might be worth checking as still some toy sale items in my local asda. Then the year I got the box 1500 piece asda box Sainburys also got a big 1500 box with base plates too as I bought that as well - didn’t notice in the sainvury toy list posted but worth looking when their sale comes to store. Oh and Morrision’s had a lego in their sale too so might also have some in store still. Good luck - totally with you in begrudging paying more now as those massive boxes were such a bargain.

For anyone who is buying any larger items John Lewis have £20 off £200 spend if you have, or register for, their My John Lewis loyalty. For orders until 7 November. Don’t know if they have any electrical items at decent prices but their warranties that come as standard are usually very good. I’m considering this as it makes the Nintendo Switch £239 with the 2 year warranty. Might go for it and then return if Black Friday turns up much better deals on the switch.
