Hi,
Due to Brexit things are a bit trickier with ordering online from UK. Not like the good old days!
Thought it a good idea to start one so we don't clog up the other thread with what can and can't be delivered to ROI and what deals we can avail of.
If anyone has any deals they spot in ROI either.

Currently adidas have 35% off if you have Revolut. I ordered bits and it worked perfectly. Free delivery also which also makes me happy!

I will keep an eye out for kermit for you Smile

ColintheCrow · 28/08/2021 17:08

Duffy's toy world have Sesame Street living puppets. I'm not sure if they have a kermit, but if not it may be worth contacting them?

ShoppingBasket · 28/08/2021 18:57

@ColintheCrow cheers for that. The hunt is on!

Just discovered this for anyone who is reluctant to order from amazon.co.uk

There is no customs duty on any products made in the UK and delivered to Ireland or any other EU country. Orders with a value below €150 (before postage charges) will NOT be liable to Irish/EU customs duty regardless of the product's country of origin *.

RuggerHug · 29/08/2021 11:55

Thanks whatwillicallmyself for the H&M discount, Halloween outfit and Christmas bits sorted😄

Newnamenewme13 · 30/08/2021 14:29

Alexa dot is down from 40ish to 25e on Amazon UK, if that's any help to anyone

Oh I love the book depository. I must check it out today. Thanks 😊

Mr Price has some weighted blankets - different weights and textures. I got a Brentford Teddy Fleece 4kg 150x125cm for €34.99. It’s €47.36 from Amazon including delivery. I bought mine I store but they deliver too for €4.99 so still a bit cheaper.

It’s not as generous as it looks in the photo - no wider than a single duvet and a bit shorter. But that’s perfect for ds.

I resisted all the hype on the bargain threads last year but it turns out I am a sheep, just a particularly slow one.

thelegohooverer · 01/09/2021 11:26

Mr Price also have sienna hoodies

And the Arnotts sale might be worth a look

WhatsMyNameGonnaBeNow · 01/09/2021 13:13

For anyone who was considering the hoody blankets from online homeshop I can confirm mine arrived and seem to be decent quality. Not the heaviest but very cosy and worth the £13.

B84101 · 01/09/2021 16:25

Thanks for the tip about the weighted blankets, I remember the hype last year over them. I will definitely look into it for this year. Thanks.

Thanks for the tip on arnotts, one shop I never look at online.

I must check Mr price now that we have a new store.

B84101 · 01/09/2021 16:26

@WhatsMyNameGonnaBeNow I'm happy with mine too from online homeshop. I'm glad you are happy too 😊

B84101 · 01/09/2021 16:28

@thelegohooverer
I didn't know Mr price had online store. Thanks for that tip. We only got a new store locally.

whatwillicallmyself · 01/09/2021 18:56

Hi @thelegohooverer do you know can you return something to the Mr Price store if you order it online, I couldn't find details of online returns?

elizabethdraper · 01/09/2021 19:04
