Greetings folks, it’s that time again!

Starting a fresh for 2021, so if anyone has any specific links they’d like or think would be handy to add to the list for the next thread please do let me know.

Hope you’ve all had a better year so far than last year and here’s hoping things will be at a point for a more celebratory Christmas with friends and family (and lots of bargains) this year.

@UrbanMage we bought the normal Ticket To Ride when our children were 8 and 6. They both understood it, the 6 year old just needed help finding her cities and thinking of a route so she kind of plays it open handed. We never reay finished a game at those ages but they found it fun.

On the last thread someone posted about the MOB Kitchen book being reduced to £3 but I missed it and it went back up again.

For all those umming and ahhing over the velvetiser, DH bought me one for Christmas last year. I was a bit "wtf" when I opened it, but honestly, it is probably the most used appliance in the kitchen after the kettle. At least once a day I use it to froth my oat milk and make a perfect latte. I love it.

Rubber sole have a flash sale on this weekend and have sent me a code for an extra 10% off (pm if you want it). They have vans, crocs and a few other brands with up to 40% off. shoes!

Just to add that the extra 10% off only works on vans, crocs and Havaianas by the looks of it. The sale looks decent though.

My Rex London order has arrived and I am also very pleased with the quality! They have lots of great stuff in the sale too. No!!, We had several packs of Hotel Chocolat hot chocolate when we received it as a gift last Christmas and they were absolutely lush. But are very expensive so now use any hot choc on offer. Twinnings is really nice and can often be found in Home Bargains, B+M etc. We have used the machine so much!!

Sorry! Mistake. Yes it is absolutely fine to use other hot chocolate!
