We've had a lovely, chilled, day building Lego. I should probably eat more cheese to really finish the day in style though. 🧀🧀🧀

It had stopped after lunch, but started up again about an hour ago.

Had a little trip out quite early doors for a night shift. Quite a spooky path to the house. Really dark and muddy, very Gruffalo forest for those who know it.

Morning everyone. Quite tired as woke at 4.40 and couldn't get back to sleep. Also found that work had uploaded about 50 courses for us to complete no exaggeration so that what I'll be doing for the next few months.

I do that so often, Marshmallow. I'm permanently exhausted and I think it's contributed to me having an ENORMOUS stye under my right eye.

I think my eyes are generally problematic. They're always dry and itchy for a start. That, combined with lack of sleep, is fatal. I have medicated eye drops on order, so hopefully they'll sort it out.

Sounds good on the Irish Sea crossing front. I'll be good to have someone to cling to while I'm drowning company.

Luckily, I do have friends in Scotland. Also acquaintances! The lady who made our wedding invitations moved to Troon recently, so if we get to the west coast we're fine. 😂😂

Well I’ve just ordered a Death Star puzzle it’s going in my goodie bag for Christmas I’ve been very low this month, and just snapped so brought this as least it’s planning stuff which I love doing.

Fluffy I was thinking one of those head torches would be useful.

Marshmallow I could have done with some claws to stop me sliding in the mud. It was far too Krypton Factor for my liking.

Has anyone else got a shortage of strawberries?! There are no strawberries anywhere!! in the two Tescos we went to my poor deprived dc are having to eat cherries instead

I don't buy strawberries unless it's summer Wreck so I have not looked when I do my online shop.

I didn't notice any in Sainsbury's today, but I only buy them in summer as they're nicer.

I managed to get leeks and broccoli from Sainsbury's today though, as they were missing from my online delivery yesterday.

Fluffy never can sleep because stuff always goes through my head constantly and can't relax. I bet that has contributed to your stye. Mine sometimes comes out in coldsores and styes too, only not had one in a while. We haven't got rain atm just monstrous wind.

Watched the inauguration from 4pm, just SO glad he's gone Stockings. So enjoyed it and feeling really hopeful and optimistic for the world. Loved his unity speech and the poet, thought she was wonderful.

Not a shortage as such Wreck but the ones I've had have been horrible and taste of nothing. I think I might wait till Summer too.

My dc eat strawberries all year round even though we all agree the British ones are much nicer.

Not noticed strawberries Wreck as I'm another one that only buys them in the summer but I've been sorting out MIL's shopping delivery for tomorrow and couldn't get raspberries, bananas or grapes for her. She's got her vax tomorrow so that's good news.
