Anyone else waiting to hear? Completely see the point of wanting to reduce footfall but will be pretty disappointed if we can't use the scheme this year. This year is getting on my nerves now!

I exchanged to £100 and got a panini press, 2 kids Christmas jumpers, a children's book, a playdoh set (already reduced from £17 to £6!), wrapping paper and fancy crackers, and 2 bottles of wine. Got another potential £45 if I use DHs too so might go back for some other bits later in the week.

Anyone having problems claiming vouchers through app? Keeps saying its send me a code but nothing in emails. I changed my password and received an email for that tho?

Been needing a new microwave for a while but as we don’t use it very often I didn’t want to spend much on it!
Got one today for £25 worth of vouchers so very pleased. Our Sainsburys has just been redone too so has a much bigger home section now

It's not by email. That's the point. It's a text message! You need to make sure your current number is in your account.

Mine was sent by text message

I checked earlier and don't have my phone no. in the app, when I tried to put it in it said it was sending me a verification email which never came. I used the app last year without a phone no.

The App is utter crap!!!

Sent me through the confirmation cos by text but the "next" button was covering the box where you have to type the code in so couldn't convert my points to vouchers.

Utterly fuming tbh.

Anyone having app issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling. The system fell over at about 4pm for a bit too.

I just redid the add phone no / get verification code thing again and it worked right away.

I think it struggled a bit yesterday!

I'm ready to go with £100 the app. Count up to Christmas turned on too. Love that everyone buys wine. We usually do too but a few years ago we knocked it off a PS4 for ds Christmas present. Might have a look at new bedding this year

I’ve got the app and it took 4 attempts late last night to receive a verification code after entering my phone number
I’ve not requested the points yet as my local Sainsbury’s is having a refit on their Christmas,homeware and clothing section (great timing) and when Dh went on Monday it was all blocked off and they were working in there so just off now to do my food shop and see if it’s open if not I’ll have to go to the other branch which is about 10 miles away

I don't have count up to Christmas on mine. I feel left out!

I only had £20 voucher but got some wine, crackers and ear muffs for my dd .

I got port and a couple of bottles of wine with my 20 quid's worth. Result!

£50 voucher which I spent on 3 x books and some Orla Kiely stationery.

4 bottles of prosecco for me - cost me an extra £2!

@RandomMess no idea if it's useful now but try rotating your screen if there was a button blocking the text box, that changes the layout of the page and sometimes moves it out of the way

No not yesterday when stood in the shop beyond pissed off!!

It was happily sending me security texts just couldn't type them in and staff telling me a should have ordered them on line the other week 🤦🏼‍♀️
