I still have no idea if that’s a typo, euphemism or actual shop
@XFPW 😬

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

eitak22 · 31/10/2020 20:17

Not massively bargainous but paperchase advent calendar is £28 down from £40 if anyone is looking for one. Calendar

Also had great service from bubble panda so would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an interesting gift box.

waitforitwaitforit · 31/10/2020 20:24

I've an ASOS code for 20% off if anyone wants it. To be used by midnight. I think it's single use.

@Asj0405

Or one for Nike would be just as useful if anyone has one spare
@Asj0405 just PM'd you a Nike code but not sure if it will work as I'm in ROI
Puffalicious · 31/10/2020 21:00

Also interested in John Lewis vouchers if any around.

Also keeping an eye on Switch bundles- not sure whether to wait until Black Friday?

Winterfellismyhome · 31/10/2020 21:04

Micro scooters are doing 10% if you buy two. Not much of a saving but might help someone

Lovemusic33 · 31/10/2020 21:06

Help ladies, I keep seeing a oversized purple patch work hoodie advertised on ASOS (on Facebook) but I can’t find it on the website, it’s around £54, has anyone else seen it or able to find it?

Winterfellismyhome · 31/10/2020 21:09

Is it this @Lovemusic33

I know this is minor in the grand scheme of things, but I wonder what will happen with the nectar double up now that lockdown has been announced over the time it was meant to be on. All the categories are non essential, wonder if they will make it available online or in December.

PinkDaydreams · 31/10/2020 22:14

It's November tomorrow everyone, that means we will be saying "it's Christmas NEXT MONTH" Confused I honestly can't believe how fast this year has gone considering we have been in lockdown for the majority of it.

Thank you so much to all of you for helping me and my family with the many bargains posted and advice. It really is appreciated.i love this thread, reading the general chit chat on here and the positivity, thank you so so much Smile

I wondered that, but the BBC says that supermarkets can still sell non-essentials, so it should be fine.
Bert2020 · 31/10/2020 22:27

Aldi toys on sale online tomorrow I know at least 2 wanted the convertible books @PinkDaydreams I think it was you after one, apologies if not, they have a fire engine, dinosaur and spaceship plus others.

Muddlewitch · 31/10/2020 22:33

3 pairs of Christmas socks for £3.49 delivered heree* could be good for advent calendars, xmas boxes etc. I don't think you can choose which 3.

Luxplus · 31/10/2020 22:38

Might be a stupid question but what's a 3d pen and could a drawing mad 6 year old use it?

GinAtMerlottes · 31/10/2020 22:38

@thisisexhausting that looks fab!! I’ve ordered for DS2 who has spent the last week doing art from sun up to sun down

TheLastStarfighter · 31/10/2020 22:41

@Luxplus it extrudes melted plastic which then cools quickly meaning you ca make 3D shapes. Age 6 might be too young as the tip does get hot, a bit like a hot-glue gun.
