Just keeping the title similar should anyone have missed the last title and info.

NEW INFO PLZ READ
**please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

Thank you @TheCrow, great ideas!

allatonce99 · 10/10/2020 19:46

Hiya, what was the name of the place that did dinosaur things and fossils etc? I can't remember! Thank you Smile

Avoca76 · 10/10/2020 19:49

@angstyalways thank you that’s really kind. I just found some John Lewis vouchers though so I might go for their deal and then do what Ziggy says and try to refund if cheaper. Thanks

WineandDine · 10/10/2020 19:57

@purplepandas

Does anyone have any ideas for a Disney loving female (35 ish) who has just had a baby. Needs to be postable as long distance. I am rather stuck. Thinking £15 max if any inspired ideas. Thanks.
I saw some lovely comfy Disney sweatshirts and hoodies in H&M whilst I had a rare day shopping last week. I think they have 15% off for members at the moment.
TenCornMaidens · 10/10/2020 20:01

Superdrug had various Disney bits and pieces too, bath bombs, makeup, etc.

woodwaj · 10/10/2020 20:04

@Mindblank sorry if its been answered I'm playing catch up. I sized up with my last rocket and Rose order and im glad I did!

CarrotVan · 10/10/2020 20:04

@allatonce99 UKGE for fossil stuff

Dandelionflower · 10/10/2020 20:16

My dd 11, would like some sort of beauty advent calendar this year. Does anyone have any recommendations? I've seen some that are too young for her, and a bit too grown up (and expensive) Bargainous would be good too Grin

Tiggles · 10/10/2020 20:17

@allatonce99 also jurassic Jim on Facebook / Isle of wight

sorryiasked · 10/10/2020 20:17

@purplepandas I got a great quote print from a seller recommended on this thread, lots to choose from.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 10/10/2020 20:17

@allatonce99 The Jurassic Jim page on Facebook is also excellent for fossil and tumblestone bargains, you can either comment on a picture of an item you want or message Jim directly with your needs. It's a bit of an Aladdin's cave!

winewolfhowls · 10/10/2020 20:17

If you want fossil style stuff for small children, the works do dinosaur claws in plaster type material that you bang with a little hammer.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 10/10/2020 20:18

Great minds, @TigglesSmile

PattyPan · 10/10/2020 20:29

@Someaddedsugar I believe you can actually buy the Fortums hampers empty if you go for the option to build your own hamper (or you can just get one thing)! I don’t think many people know that as they are often on eBay for much more Hmm

Inastatus · 10/10/2020 20:29

My DS is after Youtooz (vinyl YouTube characters) - in particular ‘The Beast’ or ‘Sidemen’. If anyone knows what I’m talking about and can point me in a bargainous direction I’d be very grateful.

purplepandas · 10/10/2020 20:47

Thanks @sorryiasked and @WineandDine too, you are all so helpful!

QueenMabby · 10/10/2020 20:48

Hi all. Have been lurking for a while. Just ordered the marble run set a PP posted. Thank you.
In exchange I offer this Aromatherapy Associates shower and bath oil set £40 down to £28. They’re minis but plenty of them and nicely boxed. I’ve ordered a set for MIL but not received yet.
