Thanks @Anydreamwilldo12 for thread title

please read the thread is moving so fast atm and it’s pretty hard to keep up! I was just wondering on people’s thoughts on this so did a super quick questionnaire here . I’m not sure we’ll find a perfect answer to suit everyone but would love your feedback on if it’s an issue or not.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@UselessInDisguise sincere apologies and to anyone else trying to use the Adidas code. Yes, it expired on 27th - sorry for my mistake.
I was just about to post that I keep a little notebook of all the codes posted on here with their expiry date in case I need them later/when more money becomes available in order to save scrolling back through threads. . Clearly doesn't work though unless you note the right dates!!

EvilHerbivore · 30/09/2020 09:11

Sorry GLAMADOR928 is the code

KillZill · 30/09/2020 09:13

Sorry bu thought this was about a willy scarf and maybe other funny innuendo Xmas gifts

Elskerdeg · 30/09/2020 09:21

To the person asking about flavourly beers:
They do a similar offer almost throughout the year of the same amount of beers plus two glasses
The glasses are really nice, I use them all the time.
The beer is mostly good and stuff you can't get easily in shops
A big drawback for me is the amount of repeats they put in the order. So if you hate one, well tough because there are like 3 more of that one. The best beer gifts I've given have had one of each so it is more to try than just lots. Quality over quantity kind of thing.
Side note: If you are buying for an IPA lover then MNS have a fantastic selection of some really top not common ones, the Asda near me occasionally stocks some common best rated ones, and alternatively you can get the first case of 6 beers from beer52 for less than £6 usually (comes with a snack plus magazine in a cardboard box, must cancel the subscription) and they will all be different.
Hope that helps

If anyone is after the [https://www.urbanoutfitters.com/en-gb/shop/90-days-in-the-90s-wall-art-print?category=homeware-sale&color=000&type=REGULAR&size=ONE%20SIZE&quantity=1 90s print poster]] it's available in the Urban Outfitters sale for £4

Hype discount codes - 50, 35 & 10% off

Thread 9 - the one with the thick willy scarf
recklessgran · 30/09/2020 09:24

Today only code EXCLUSIVE25 for 25% off at BuyaGift.
That makes the 3 course meal with wine at Prezzo £22.50 instead of the usual £30
I'm sure we were buying the same deal for £15 last year but given the circumstances I still think it's a nice present.

stressbucket1 · 30/09/2020 09:24

@chocoholicmumma thanks just got mine. Love the positive messages on them and the fact its supporting a children's mental health campaign. Much needed this year

TheGirlWhoLived · 30/09/2020 09:25

To add my ten pence worth, for me this thread is as much about bargains as it is about:

Ideas for presents for people

Which IRL shops have good stock

Happy feels - which is a big change from other MN boards

A sense of camaraderie, which I think is missing from the world at the moment

Knowing which bits you had completely forgotten about (teacher presents I’m looking at you)

Laughing until my tummy hurts at some typos, or the highland hamper situation, or poor ihopeyousteponalegopiece ‘s DH throwing all her Xmas presents out, or sideorderofchips having her gorgeous thread baby eons ago, or everyone ending up with Robert in various guises.

And so on and so forth. I’ve been around since day dot, and I don’t think things have changed for the worse, yes more chat goes on but only because the volume of people using the thread has increased massively.

Merry Christmas Bargainers

UselessInDisguise · 30/09/2020 09:27

No problem @recklessgran. I should've looked at it when it was first posted which I think was ages ago so totally my fault!

17caterpillars1mouse · 30/09/2020 09:29

Does anybody know if they aren't doing milky bar selection boxes this year? I'm looking for one to finish off my nephews gifts but I can't find them. Lots of other selection boxes in shops and online but even online it says not avaliable or out of stock

Bert2020 · 30/09/2020 09:37

@17caterpillars1mouse I’m not sure but Asda do have a Cadbury white option if you can’t find milkybar.

Threeoleary · 30/09/2020 09:44

Sorry to be a pain but I can’t find the link for the outdoor lights, does anyone have it?

Thanks for these threads, so helpful.

SweetPeaPods · 30/09/2020 09:56

Any Matalan codes?

passremarkable · 30/09/2020 09:56

@Reastie thank you so much for this threads which, to paraphrase Mark Darcy, I love just as it is. I’ve done questionnaire- still accepting answers if anyone hasn’t...

Offer Codes in post this morning Boden10 for £20 off mindful chef. Don’t know if it would stack with any referral codes from other thread??

Cult Beauty code for 15% off CBQ3IY2U
(or maybe it’s CBQ31Y2U - don’t not clear if I or 1)

Reastie · 30/09/2020 10:02

the questionnaire accepts answers but I can’t see them without paying £25 I’m genuinely tempted to pay that to see what comments I’m getting but I can’t justify it so please don’t fill it in!

shampoo

Allhallowseve · 30/09/2020 10:32

Filled in questionnaire I asked for no changes please Smilealthough I'm struggling to keep up this year with 6 mth old dc3 . But I need the bargains more than ever!

Also wanted to say Thankyou to the poster for the eBay xmas eve box recommendation. I ordered one for my three to share (they already get too much) . It's lovely thinking of popping a little treat in each for xmas eve .

ClaraLane · 30/09/2020 10:35

Something a little different but I’d like to suggest this lady’s banners as a cracking bargain - we have several of her banners including Christmas, Easter and Happy Birthday and we get them out every year. She makes them all herself and they’re only £12 each plus postage: www.facebook.com/buntingandbags/
