Thanks @TheGirlWhoLived for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@4Minions2CallMyOwn NEWCUSTOMER20 took 20% off and I got a free hand cream and bought a hand wash for £88 in total

CompleteBarstool · 29/09/2020 14:47

B&M have the Reece's advent calendars in stock £3.99 but the woman on the checkout said they're selling fast already.

Bought mine as I need one for when we visit DD in a few weeks. I don't think I've ever bought them so early.

I still need the buns though...... I keep missing them Angry

margaritasbythesea · 29/09/2020 14:48

Total Arran advent calendar lust here.

ThePurpleGirl · 29/09/2020 14:48

@Changingagain I bought a very similar Jacques of London tumble tower for DS's birthday earlier this month having bought some of the reduced bits last year, and can confirm it is lovely and great quality! Both DD (7) and DS (4) have enjoyed playing with it, both as a Jenga game and as dominoes.

Scanner20 · 29/09/2020 14:49

Not sure if it's worth buying something to get the £10 voucher on amazon. I've never been a prime member on prime day, do they have Lego deals? Or is it mainly amazon products?

ThePurpleGirl · 29/09/2020 14:54

Also meant to say I am another candle sheep, and like many others wish I'd bought more, so thanks to the person who shared them (I think it was @I8toys ?)

Also a bit late but thanks to the puppets poster too. I bought one set and then a second when I saw how good they were.

I am resisting the buns as my DC don't like cinnamon!

Puffalicious · 29/09/2020 14:56

Oh l8toys I love that. I must have missed the Cox and Cox code. Could you repost it please?

Thanks

newroundhere · 29/09/2020 14:57

Does anyone know how the gift boxes work on Penhaligons? Are they just going to put everything into one box if I tick that at checkout? Toying with buying gift boxes but I can't see how big they are. Worst website ever!!

BadgerFace · 29/09/2020 15:01

Thank you for the tip about the Amazon £10 credit and also for the junior colour brain game! Both gratefully received. Smile

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 29/09/2020 15:05

Some nice looking fleece blankets and bedding for under a fiver - same place recommended for the weighted blankets.

Thanks

I've posted mine on the referral page - it's £20 off I think

I8toys · 29/09/2020 15:14

Puffalicious - there are referral codes on the referral thread. Just pick one and sign up! Its £20 off with £25 spend plus £5.95 delivery. So I just looked for things worth £25 to get maximum value.

I8toys · 29/09/2020 15:15

Purple - Glad everyone loved the candles. I got them last Christmas so knew they were pretty substantial and a good deal.

tinyradish · 29/09/2020 15:18

Use code FREESOAP to get a free soap bar with any Gurum order by the end of September (tomorrow.)

I was going to order a shampoo bar as a stocking filler anyway so that'll be a nice free extra.

Brogues · 29/09/2020 15:25

Royal Mail have an issue with my Lego order from John Lewis so they’ve returned to sender grr.

Just ordered some Biltong and loo roll via the £10 back Amazon thing so at least that will cover part of the difference on Prime day of the Lego is still reduced then.

1stTimeMama · 29/09/2020 15:26

With the Amazon code, can you do it more than once, or is it one purchase per customer?

LutherRalph1 · 29/09/2020 15:26

Any Wrendale bargains anywhere? I saw some recently and have fallen in love with the designs. Currently hovering over temptation gifts at 10% off but think they do more substantial discounts sometimes

Onelittlepiglet · 29/09/2020 15:29

@Brogues I’ve just had the same message from Royal Mail! I’ve fired off an email to John Lewis asking what’s happened and that I want my order. Maybe they got damaged on the way or something?

BeingLonely · 29/09/2020 15:29

For those who are getting the M&S delivery cost refunded can I ask why? I was one of the lucky ones to get the deal but I’m not sure what I missed

ScoobySnacker · 29/09/2020 15:31

I'm looking too @LutherRalph1 DD wants the Flamigo wash bag and the giraffe water bottle. Been looking for a while now and not found any bargains yet!

Brogues · 29/09/2020 15:41

@Onelittlepiglet I’m just annoyed with myself. I said I’d never use John Lewis ever again after a debacle with some shoes that never got delivered and I ended up doing a paypal claim. I’m hoping this will be sorted without resorting to that Sad

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 29/09/2020 15:43

Not a gift, but I’ve just got these for a bargain

What a bargain!! Thank you!!

IfyoushouldmeetaCrocodile · 29/09/2020 15:51

Could anyone offer any advice about x-box, thinking as a main present for ds. He currently has a Nintendo switch but most of his friends play fortnite in xbox chat? And he gets left behind..I know there is a new one coming out around the £500 mark which he WON'T be getting but there's another cheaper new one? Should i get that one or type that's available now and try to get a deal Confused I really am clueless!! Tia

Yeknom · 29/09/2020 15:54

Gaaah, think I've done something wrong with the shop small on Amazon. I bought the biltong but haven't had an email re: £10 off on prime day? Any clues?!
