Thanks @ClaraLane for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Thank you for the Prezzo thingy.
Going to London (Covid permitting) at the beginning of December and always end up eating in Prezzo etc. Never thought of looking at BaG for offers! Every day's a school day!

@Mumto3thatsme

Would the Harmon vivofit be suitable for a 9 year old who hasn’t had a fitness watch before?
We got one last year for 8 year old, she really likes it and can be set to gain coins for doing different tasks too such as cleaning bedroom, the active minute game is quite young but she still plays it, we chose it because it's one of the few that doesn't track calories burnt, just steps, sleep and active minutes. Really good choice of cheap alternative straps on amazon/eBay too

Toy dyson, play food, wooden cooking set and a toy kitchen appliance bundle bought for the 3 year old from Asda toy sale. Very pleased!

My look fantastic box arrived. I only ordered it as it was essentially free with the advent calendar I’m getting for my dsis (code ADVENTNEWSUB) Granted, I’m not the target demographic for this kind of thing, but I’m a bit perplexed really. The contents just seem utterly random. I can’t imagine paying a monthly subscription when I could just spend the money on products that actually suit me.
The contents, if anyone more beauty-attuned than I am is interested, are: jade roller, espa hair and scalp mud, Elemis marine cream, luxie eyeshadow brush, lip pencil, Illamasqua highlighter powder and an unidentified black disc with a sticker on the back.

Can anyone recommend a dolls house for a 24 month old? Please 😁

Hophop26 · 11/09/2020 10:35

@ninjaturtlesmum the barbie ambulance went on offer a lot in run up to Christmas last year, was in Asda toy sale etc but so far not much reduced this year. The campervan was included in amazons Black Friday week offers and we got it for £44 so well worth price watching them both on amazon for a while and setting up some alerts on Camelcamelcamel. You can also see the average price on there so will know if you come across it at a good price etc

Hophop26 · 11/09/2020 10:36

@Maddie2802 Asda George wooden dolls houses are good, well priced and have been through a lot of abuse in our house but still going strong

Hophop26 · 11/09/2020 10:41

Sorry for the crappy pictures, just took them off my email confirmation.

All this talk of asda - does anybody know if they do any kind of vouchers for online shopping? Pre lockdown I shopped at Sainsbury’s. We couldn’t get Sainsbury’s deliveries so used asda - so over the past few months they’ve had plenty of money from me.

Shopping at Sainsbury’s and using the nectar app was great - targeted offers were for lots of things I bought anyway, nectar points grew rapidly and I often used to get vouchers for money off my shop - at one point it was £9/week which was fab.

Asda is definitely working out more expensive and the app shows that you can put vouchers in but I’ve never had any - so just wondering if anyone knows if it’s possible to get or use any vouchers or discounts for asda shopping in the same way I can with nectar points or Tesco clubcard points?

Not very Christmassy but on the asda app at the moment they have 5 for £5 on some frozen things including magnum (usually £3.20 for 4 which would be a saving of £11 if you happened to need 5 packs of magnums for the last blast of summer good weather!), lots of Birds eye beef burgers and grills, goodfella thin pizzas and more if you want to bargain stock your freezers!

Thanks Grin

The Sanctuary face wash is back at £2.99 today on Amazon.

I know someone had a bit of a reaction though so might not be the best for sensitive skin!

Dolphintrainer · 11/09/2020 11:28

Wasn’t there someone on the last thread asking about collagen face masks for their daughter? Costco have a 4-pack for £11.98 which would make a great gift.

Does anyone know if the Boots Friday Flash sale is on in store too?

mogtheexcellent · 11/09/2020 11:59

Thankyou @runningpink thats very kind of you!

I usually buy the lidl kids waterproofs for my daughter but the colours are very pink and blue this year. Shame.

ive got camelcamelcamel tracks on most of the Lottie dolls but if anyone sees a good discount let me know. Pirate Lottie bargain from this thread a few years ago started my DDs obsession, altough they have never dropped that low since!
