Thanks @ClaraLane for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@Maddie2802 the Asda wooden doll house is fabulous quality and a great price. Bought it for DC1’s 2nd birthday and it’s still going strong. Current 2-year loves it. The furniture pack is nice and chunky and great for little hands

JinglesWish · 11/09/2020 12:06

Just looking at the Asda toy sale and they’ve got their Christmas pyjamas and bedding online 🎄🎄🎄

ClaraLane · 11/09/2020 12:08

Now waiting outside the Lisa Angel sample/clearance sale!

Restlessinthenorth · 11/09/2020 12:16

@Mrsfussypants1 how did you get free delivery on morphe? It's wanting to charge me £5!

Fuckingfuckssake · 11/09/2020 12:27

@ClaraLane

Now waiting outside the Lisa Angel sample/clearance sale!

I'm actually excited for you.

Restlessinthenorth · 11/09/2020 12:29

Thanks to the poster who shared the morphe discounts. Tip for any one buying the Jefree Starr palette for £18. Rather than pay £5 deliver, I added a £4 tote bag which I think my daughter will love. This took the spend to over £20 so shipping for free, and less than what I would have paid without the bag!

TheSeedsOfADream · 11/09/2020 12:30

Lego, the unidentified disc thingy is a wotsit you put on the back of your phone. It'll have a name but I'm ancient and had to ask DD what it was and she was "wow I've wanted one of these for ages!"

I love the random-ness of Beauty boxes, that's the point really, that you get to try new stuff every month, but I appreciate not everyone wants that. Teenagers definitely though if mine is anything to go by!

Mrsfussypants1 · 11/09/2020 12:38

I'm not sure if it's because I spent £23 ( couldn't resist the beauty blenders) or I also joined up to the mailing list. It just came up free standard delivery.

noodledoodler · 11/09/2020 12:50

My melissa and doug puppets arrived they are an amazing bargain, defo snap them up if they come down in price again

gaggiagirl · 11/09/2020 13:06

Who was the poster looking out for the marshmallow hot chocolate toppers? Amazon have them back on pre order. Just over a pound for late September delivery.

shash1982 · 11/09/2020 13:07

£5 off a £35 spend on toys at tesco, including lego.
Code. XXTPML valid until the 20/9/2020

Might be useful to someone.

thelegohooverer · 11/09/2020 13:09

@TheSeedsOfADream thank you. 🙂

ClaraLane · 11/09/2020 13:10

@Fuckingfuckssake Sadly it was a bit disappointing! They didn’t explain beforehand that there would be loads of things already personalised eg Christmas Eve Boxes/pretty wine and gin glasses etc so unless you have a common name or wanted something that said hubs/wifey/mummy/daddy then there wasn’t a huge amount on offer. I was after some earrings for MIL but they had nothing suitable, lots of big fan-style earrings with tassels but nothing very classic. I got a compact mirror, a pair of earrings and a necklace all for my present box. They were doing personalised jewellery for a good price but I couldn’t think of anyone that would want it and I’ve already got some with my childrens’ names on.

Scoleah · 11/09/2020 13:21

@Dolphintrainer

Wasn’t there someone on the last thread asking about collagen face masks for their daughter? Costco have a 4-pack for £11.98 which would make a great gift.
That was me! These look awesome thank you, I'll pick up these along with the make your own collagen mask machine she's asked for. Thank you!
ninjaturtlesmum · 11/09/2020 13:32

@Hophop26 thanks so much, wow that would be a bargain for the campervan! I’ll have a look at Bargain Max and set up a ccc alert for amazon.

Can you link or screenshot them please?
Fuckingfuckssake · 11/09/2020 13:49

Claralane how disappointing!!!!

WisestIsShe · 11/09/2020 13:51

@gaggiagirl it wasn't me but they sound nice. Do you have a link please? I had a look but couldn't see them.

gaggiagirl · 11/09/2020 14:08

@WisestIsShe here's a screen shot. Sold out already! They keep going in and out of stock I think they were £1.29 but on a pre order basis. Either way they are £1 in home bargains but sold like hot cakes last year.

IggyAce · 11/09/2020 14:21

I will be checking my local home bargains for those marshmallow toppers they will be perfect for dd hot chocolate and tea hamper.

DaisyChops · 11/09/2020 14:29

I also caved and got the sylvanian house from the Asda sale, thanks for the poster who mentioned that!
They also have a set of 4 transformer bots for £20 which is a good deal and in a nice big box, was actually looking at it last week in store and it was £35 which I though was a good price!
Na na backpack bedroom doll also a good price at £32, usually £43 everywhere else

IggyAce · 11/09/2020 14:36

Sloth colouring book just arrived, it’s gorgeous lovely thick pages, perfect for dd. So many thanks whoever posted it, it’s an absolute bargain.

lexloofah · 11/09/2020 15:03

Only received 1 out of 2 of the lambswool scarves so raised it with them, sure it will be sorted out but that is one of the advantages of shopping early, imagine if that happened the week before Christmas. The one I did get was lovely so thank you.

Thank you also for Sock Shop suggestion a few threads back. Got the Elle cosy socks in a gift box for MIL, couldn't resist sliding my hand in, my goodness it is literally like being wrapped in warm cotton wool. Should have got some for myself. Snagged some bed/slipper socks for DD in the sale so tick, tick, tick, tick!

Touch screen gloves someone was asking about, I got DS some Nike ones from NEXT last year that were a very good price, they aren't showing any at the moment but maybe check back as they must be going to offer several brands of them coming into glove season, it might just be a bit early still

Flackattack · 11/09/2020 15:06

I’ve ordered the Asda house - been thinking about it and now it has £10 off!
Also got some xmas pyjamas and bedding as when I wait the sizes always sell out!
Couldn’t get a baby Halloween outfit in the size I wanted today as it was already sold out!

FilthyforFirth · 11/09/2020 15:17

Can someone link the Asda Christmas stuff please? Sure I am being thick but when I go to the Christmas section it then just takes me to normal clothes!

I am after 0-3 Christmas stuff for my baby due in Nov... Bonus if I can get matching for 3 y/o DS!
