Thanks @sorryiasked for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@lexloofah We've done a few of the Kosmos escape room games and they are brilliant! They are definitely only one use as you need to cut things up and open envelopes etc but they provide about 2 hours of entertainment so I think they're worth the money.
I got one for DS last year when he had just turned 12 and he was able to fully participate and spotted some things that DP and I totally missed!

Someone else mentioned Forbidden Island. We've also got this and it's a great game. It makes such a nice change to play something that's collaborative, especially if you have a child who struggles with losing...Wink

FilthyforFirth · 03/09/2020 09:12

I think it might be the one I posted @AndddddHerewegoagain. Link below. Sorry don't know how to do the fancy link!

@thelegohooverer
I mentioned near the start of the thread but in case it helps you, if you're shopping Regatta, check their eBay store - as code POCKET20 works (until 6 Sep) to take 20% off on top of their sale prices!

AndddddHerewegoagain · 03/09/2020 09:23

@FilthyforFirth thanks x

PinkDaydreams · 03/09/2020 09:32

@BunnyBerries thanks for the regatta store on eBay. Unfortunately I couldn’t get POCKET20 to work on sale items but hopefully it will work for others. Maybe there’s a minimum spend?

PinkDaydreams · 03/09/2020 09:33

Oh hang on, it might not have been the regatta store I’ve found, just a shop selling a lot of regatta! Can you confirm the seller name please @BunnyBerries

MissingMo · 03/09/2020 09:38

Hype have free worldwide shipping for the next 4 hours. Hope it helps someone.

CometCupidDonnerBlitzen · 03/09/2020 09:50

Prices on the PS4 are about to plummet because the PS5 will be out before Christmas. Is a PS5 too much money? If so I'd be tempted to hang on until it's out if possible because you'll get a PS4 much cheaper then as everyone will trade them in. If you buy from somewhere like CEX I think they are all checked and come with a year's guarantee too.

mosscarpet · 03/09/2020 09:54

not been doing too well at keeping up with threads, but have been reading.
Popping on to post Marvel Lego set on amazon down to £88 today form £109 (I've been checking it for a while, first time its dropped this low) for anyone looking for larger lego sets.

THJ8LL · 03/09/2020 10:10

Revolution makeup have 50% off online with great stuff for stocking fillers. Palettes for £4.50, highlighters £2.50 etc

Scanner20 · 03/09/2020 10:18

Lisa angel order arrived I had placed 29th July, wow it's so good. Does anyone know if they have another sale before Christmas?

LetsPlayBamboozled · 03/09/2020 10:23

Our TK Maxx just has some good things this morning.

Frozen 2 Aquabeads sets for £6.99 (£13 on Amazon), Hatchimals Glow Up £6.99 (£10 on Amazon) Sylvanian Flower Shop £16.99 (£25 on Amazon).

I had to be good and not spend because dd has asked for a very expensive lego set for her birthday so must not buy any little bits!! I did get a Sylvanian high chair for £4 though (for her baby size LOL sisters.) That's better than half the price of Amazon, which I wouldn't have paid so pleased with that.

Also, a good Nasa bath bomb £2.99 for the person interested in space! Realise stock might be diff across stores but worth a look..

PattyPan · 03/09/2020 10:32

@LifeInAHamsterWheel Oodie have a sale on their website at the moment so you can use the code on there or I signed up to their newsletter and they sent me the code GETOODIE for £25 off

DiscontentedWoman · 03/09/2020 10:34

My Aroma Energy oils arrived - all blends and all nice. Sadly one of the bottles is chipped because of the wrapping being a bit poor, but it is intact enough to use. I have the "Anxiety" blend on the go now - lavender, bergamot and Ylang ylang - and it's very pleasant. Code AromaFamily is valid until the 31st October and gives a 30% discount on orders £15 and over.

LetsPlayBamboozled · 03/09/2020 10:36

The Sylvanian flower shop is online too www.tkmaxx.com/uk/en/kids+toys/toys/dolls+collectables/collectables+figurines/blooming-flower-shop-top/p/45037021

Westiegirl3 · 03/09/2020 10:37

Thank you so much for the link to the Asda coats, I brought one last year in black and it's still going even from daily wear to work. .. they are fab coats.

Reastie · 03/09/2020 10:37

@DiscontentedWoman which website did you order that from? I need some anxiety help I think!

Hophop26 · 03/09/2020 10:46

Was there a discount on the seasalt coats others were looking at?? After standing in the rain queuing until he socially distanced one at a time queue at school drop off I need a longer coat!

Lellyo · 03/09/2020 10:50

@thelegohooverer

]] is £21.99 down from £44.99

It’s for stop motion animation, rather than the usual building type set. Might be a good one for Lego obsessed kids if you don’t want to add more bricks to the Lego mountain.

I got DS a similar one last year for Christmas, he and hubby spent ages making little movies with it they loved it
FilthyforFirth · 03/09/2020 10:52

My mum wants a new towel set for Christmas so just got her this from Wowcher. £19.99 for a 6pc set which is £74.99 on the retailer website (I have just checked!). So hopefully a lovely, luxurious towel for that price! Hopefully might help others!

Lellyo · 03/09/2020 10:59

Has anyone used the online home shop before? I no a pp mentioned it earlier, just wondered if anyone had bought anything from there? Thanks

tinyradish · 03/09/2020 11:00

@Bluewavescrashing thanks so much for the artichoke moisturiser code - ordered that & the rose hand cream on sale for £4.99 so less than £10 for both delivered. :)

Luxplus · 03/09/2020 11:13

@HaggisTheGreat thanks for the feedback. I kinda thought that but just think because it's been such a rubbish year they deserve a bit extra.

IggyAce · 03/09/2020 11:14

Dr Botanicals order arrived this morning, the coconut soap smells amazing. They are squirrelled away in my giant present bag, which is nicely filling up.

EvilHerbivore · 03/09/2020 11:23

@BunnyBerries thanks for the regetta code - just got myself an all padded waterproof coat that was meant to be £150 for £38 delivered so very happy 😃
