Thanks @sorryiasked for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Not Christmas related but if anyone is looking for waterproof trousers for school run, walks etc Regatta ebay store have some for just over a tenner. Didn't qualify for pocket20 deal but they are half price reduced from £22.something and free postage.

Haven’t scrolled back to see if already mentioned, but menkind have released their advent calendars, look like a good selection if you’re after something different

@SpnBaby1967 high recommend mrs snowballs bubble boutique for bath bombs, my son loved the shark one, she also does game controller ones, cauldrons, bricks mermaids tales. They are cheaper than the likes of lush and better too.

Tiggles · 05/09/2020 20:46

I bought ds (11) the cheapest adult kindle for Christmas last year. It is now back lit (when I got mine I had to get a paperwhite as the cheapest one didn't used to have lights). It is still going really strong. I did buy a case for it too.

HanPanPeg · 05/09/2020 21:25

This looks good for stocking fillers

www.hema.com/en-gb/outlet

£4 delivery

Trumpton · 05/09/2020 21:25

Has anyone got a link for Chilly’s bottles ? My 22yr old nephew would like one for Christmas . He hasn’t specified a make but I like to ‘ up-grade’ for presents when I can .
Preferably a dark colour .

HanPanPeg · 05/09/2020 21:30

Actually just tried a few things and they are out of stock in the sale Confused

Shieldingending · 05/09/2020 22:05

Did I imagine that there was a code for Busy B? I'm sure I saw one but can't find it!

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 05/09/2020 22:07

Claire’s has a lot of stock reduced by 40%. You also get an extra 20% off if you sign up for emails. Also free delivery on £20 spend. Great for stocking fillers.

Chillys bottles are often in TKMaxx but not sure about dark colours.

Not exactly bargainous but Boots do a black matte Chilly's bottle for £20. If you have enough advantage points you can pay with points. I got one for teenage DS last year and it's still in perfect condition despite some rough treatment using it for football practice 🤦🏻‍♀️

Alternatively SHO do very similar bottles at similar prices and they have had a deal lately where keyworkers get 50% discount.

Just ordered 2 star iron stocking holders from cox and cox £15 delivered after discount

Flackattack · 05/09/2020 23:21

I’ve added a £20 referral discount on the referral thread Grin

thelegohooverer · 05/09/2020 23:54

Not a bargain per se, but at £3.50 I thought these quirky soaps might be a covid-appropriate stocking filler for the literary minded

GalaxyCookieCrumble · 05/09/2020 23:55

Studios Christmas Catalogue arrived this morning, and I was so excited looking through it!
Some absolute beautiful decorations and gifts in it, actual brought some much needed joy in my household today!

Methenyouplus4 · 06/09/2020 00:12

Dust and things- bought a wooden chopping board after recommendation on here- very unimpressed. The writing/ carved indentation is so rough it looks awful and would be unhygienic to use. It was for my mum from my kids, so I think it would just be displayed, but stillSad.

Going to contact customer services, I'll report back as, unless I get a positive response, I certainly wouldn't recommend.

Birdladybird · 06/09/2020 00:18

@Methenyouplus4 I was really impressed with my cheeseboard. So much so I ordered another one.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 06/09/2020 01:02

I cant remember the posters name but I also have had a problem with the hype mystery bags, boys items, missing item and free gifts they do in ours. First person said exchange for credit note only but I'm pursuing a full refund, its not as advertised. Will never purchase another again. In fact as much as I love their backpacks, the customer service has put me off them and will no longer recommend or buy any further products from them.
For the person who asked i bought a girls 7-8 mystery bag I recieved
2 boys items,
A plain black pair of jogging bottoms,
Plain black pencil case,
Plain black bottle (open unsealed!),
Brown backpack,
Black zipped hoody,
Plain kharki tshirt with hype on front. Not worth the £49.99 I paid let alone the rrp they advertised.
My advice buy in their sales and avoid the mystery as it seems like all the rubbish they couldn't sell.

nocutsnobuttsnococonuts · 06/09/2020 01:14

Oh and I'm glad a few of you have enjoyed the kukubird leggings!! Ive just placed another order, my daughter has quite a list she wants now 😂
Ive posted my referral link in the referrals thread for £5 off a £25 spend. Works on sale and mystery boxes (which are AMAZING value!) Just for disclosure I get £5 off a £25 spend if its used!

For those asking on sizing my daughter whos a 6-8 wears them and me at a 12, we are both v comfortable and they are not see through or too tight/loose.

Ps the pjs are also awesome, v comfy!!
