Thanks @sorryiasked for thread title

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

Does anyone know the expiry on the John Lewis £10 code? Did I miss it? Just tried HOME1 and it didn’t work

NoWordForFluffy · 04/09/2020 21:06

The £10 JL ended on 31.08.

TFSRM · 04/09/2020 21:07

@penguinbeaver they were from www.cocobachocolate.com/ directly as I wanted the vegan ones but John Lewis also sell them. If you join Cocoba's mailing list you get 10% off your first order.

TheSeedsOfADream · 04/09/2020 21:43

More Photobox bits and bobs today. A lovely personalised exercise book for dd's holiday which was about £5 with various codes and offers.

Chippytheelf29 · 04/09/2020 21:50

wherethewavesarehighest · 04/09/2020 21:57

Thank you everyone for all the travel mug suggestions, I really appreciate you answering me and I'll have a look through them all tonight.

Tigerty · 04/09/2020 21:57

Givealittlebit · 04/09/2020 22:02

Thanks for the echo dot info! We want another but for some reason it's not working on the Amazon app, might try again tomorrow on my laptop

lucysmam · 04/09/2020 22:08

@DoctorYang thank you for the scarf link - I'm dithering over which to buy myself, and will decide on one for my dad with the girls in the morning :)

RubySlippers77 · 04/09/2020 22:12

If anyone is near a B&M they have a few [[https://www.bmstores.co.uk/brands/lego Lego bargains ]] in store. Argos has quite a few sets on two for £15 as well. Can you tell my DC love Lego?!

RubySlippers77 · 04/09/2020 22:12

Sorry, clicky link fail Sad

Sarahclacko · 04/09/2020 23:04

If anyone is doing a souschef order I’ve posted a referral link on the referral page for a £10 discount Blush

sorryiasked · 04/09/2020 23:13

@Givealittlebit it's new customers only so if you currently or previously subscribed to Amazon music (eg same deal last year) you won't qualify

Lockdownlumpy · 04/09/2020 23:15

Another vote for the contigo westloop.
Mine is now 5 years old and still as leakproof as new. Drinks icy cold in summer, and in winter so hot that I actually have to add cold water or I burn my mouth.

boobybum · 04/09/2020 23:30

Hello,

Someone kindly linked to a photobox offer of 9 photo magnets for £3, just thought I’d mention that you can also use AFFSAVE400109 to get 40% off (not including delivery).

Smileatthesmallthings · 04/09/2020 23:33

Savile row code BOU24 gets you 20% off. Definitely works on clearance stuff.

Friedbanana · 05/09/2020 00:31

Cox and cox Christmas shop is open! So much gorgeous (v expensive) stuff- who else is hoping for another £20 off £25 spend this year?!?!

Givealittlebit · 05/09/2020 01:20

@sorryiasked nope not been signed up to either previously. Just tried again on safari during a night feed and it's worked, so very bizarre but never mind!

I have a contigo and the amount of times I’ve dropped it all over the place or had it full and upside down and it hasn’t leaked is amazing. It doesn’t keep my tea hot as long as some others but for me it’s worth it for the non spill ability

Clevererthanyou · 05/09/2020 06:29

Not a bargain but does anyone remember the non existent Scottish hampers from last year? Many of us ordered them but nobody received one and I think we all got refunded 🙈🙈😂😂

Doyouknowthisisnotmyname · 05/09/2020 06:43

Not exactly a bargain , but a reminder for those who bank with Santander to check retailer offers regularly. I have 11% cash back with cult beauty . 10% dunelm . Etc . Its obvs capped (check on each offer . ) but it all adds up . You just need to pay with santander card , so you can use codes or top cashback. Please note you have to click on offers to add them they aren't automatically added .

Bezzi · 05/09/2020 06:59

I Want One Of Those have some good bargains in for Harry Potter fans

HarryPotter Tshirt and mug for £10.99 some of the T-shirt's themselves are £17.99 so seems a bargain.

They also have 15% off selected board games and free delivery with code GAME15 board games

It's free delivery over £30 on the whole site and there are some good things in the 3 for £20 range too here

Just crossed a few people off my list!

CottonHeadedNinnyMug · 05/09/2020 07:12

Thanks @xici and @WineandDine I think I now have one for Christmas - hooray! Can't be certain, but he asked a couple of questions... so...
