Thank you @nickdrakeslovechild for thread title.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

I have a birthday email from Samsung with a code for 15 percent off. One use. Would anyone like it? Assume its transferable. Just says one use.

Anydreamwilldo12 · 28/08/2020 15:49

My weighted blanket has also arrived. I was shocked at the size of the box and the weight. I haven't opened it yet as still might give it as a present......but probably will be snuggled up under it by this evening😀
It looks lovely quality, fantastic bargain. Thankyou again to the poster who mentioned it. Much appreciated.

FilthyforFirth · 28/08/2020 15:57

Ah thank you @FireflyGirl. DS is 3 and has that one! He got it for last Christmas and still absolutely loves it (alongside the two further pirate ships he got for his birthday!) That is a brilliant price for it though, my parents got it for him and pretty sure it was around £30 in the sale then!

IggyAce · 28/08/2020 16:05

Dr Botanicals order done so that’s my DN sorted, another stocking filler for DD and a soap for me. Plus code freelemon gets you a free lemon balm if you spend £10. Highly recommend the lemon balm.

I’ve just got 2 packs of the coasters for both sets of grandparents (plus delivery to France!) for £16. Thanks for the code!

ClaraLane · 28/08/2020 16:48

Dr Botanicals still don’t have MY rhubarb soap back in stock. I’m not talking to them anymore 😭

Ewock · 28/08/2020 16:49

Is the weighted blanket offer still on? I can't seem to find the post about it. Thanks

Emma1962 · 28/08/2020 16:55

I just came in to say my coasters arrived today & are amazing! Going to order some more now I’ve seen the link is working.
Thanks for this thread it’s so helpful. Off to check off Molton brown & Buckley London in a mo!

margaritasbythesea · 28/08/2020 16:55

Brick oven Bakery down to 22.99 on amazon.

ClaraLane · 28/08/2020 16:55

Ooh you can use code SAVE30 along with the £4 code to knock 30% more off the coasters folks!

birdlady12 · 28/08/2020 17:23

@ClaraLane bugger missed that opportunity!

Fuckingfuckssake · 28/08/2020 17:26

Just ordered my coasters, wouldn't let me use the second discount code though? Did go through TCB but not sure it'll track as wasn't using an approved discount code.

BeingLonely · 28/08/2020 17:30

My blanket came today too, the packaging was double the size! It looks lovely but haven’t opened it as it’s a gift. Thanks very much for that bargain Flowers

BumpkinSpiceBatty · 28/08/2020 17:32

Not Christmas related but H&M have some halloween themed clothes in stock on the website. Always worth joining the loyalty scheme as I had two vouchers waiting and free delivery.
I managed to get two dresses and two long sleeve tops for £15 delivered.

Bluewavescrashing · 28/08/2020 17:32

I wish I'd bought more weighted blankets as gifts. Both my kids have been under mine and raved about it and at least 2 family members would have loved one. But this one's miiiiiine ❤️

The actual blanket takes up about half the depth of the box. I was shocked when I came home and saw that huge box on my doorstep!

It comes in a plastic 'bag', so if you're giving it as a gift it should wrap well. I ordered it for me though, so I'm intending to hide under it this evening and hope it helps me sleep better tonight. Smile

Amazon always overwraps. We've had tiny lego sets in a huge box with loads of packing paper.

I managed to take in the giant weighted blanket parcel when DH was out today and also put 4 delivery boxes in the loft. My bedroom was seating to look like a delivery warehouse (we have our own separate rooms). I can tell he hasn't looked at Internet banking recently as he hasn't mentioned my spending 🤣 I haven't ordered anything today though!

IggyAce · 28/08/2020 17:57

@ClaraLane I was disappointed too that the rubarb soap was out of stock, I ordered the coconut one to try that. I sorted out the present box and discovered I still have a champagne one from last years order and it still smells amazing.

Elpheba · 28/08/2020 18:06

Just jumped on the photo box coaster bandwagon Blush Last year’s photo magnets from them were a big hit but coasters feel a bit more niche. “Here, put your drink on my face...” so have just done them for grandparents! I couldn’t get the save30 to work though.

Got a CCC alert for Lego landrover defender, still pricey but best price ever at £126.

UselessInDisguise · 28/08/2020 18:07

Don't know if this is of interest but smiggle hug a buds watches are down to £6 today from £18

UselessInDisguise · 28/08/2020 18:09

Also this beard trimmer set in amazon is down to £7.91 from £29.99 with the voucher applied. Seems a nice set.

Dreamingofwalden · 28/08/2020 18:43

@ClaraLane the rhubarb soap is alll mine! I am on my last bar though so feeling a bit miffed. Wink

The Photobox coasters were a hit last year and I’m pleased with the quality again. The quality of the photo on my mug isn’t quite as good but I think I made a poor choice of photo.

My DS1) aged 4 recently received an aqua play set for his birthday. It’s an awesome gift for the garden and looks a good price.
Aquaplay Portable Waterway Canal System Toy with Lock Gates Crane, Amphibious Truck and Boat www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B06VXXLL12/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_zausFbBXS9Z4H?tag=mumsnetforu03-21 aqua play set]]

Though I guess it’s more a summer toy.
