Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

The Lavazza frother sounds EXACTLY what I want to get for my sister! I wonder if it will go on offer again. What do we think the odds are?

Bluewavescrashing · 20/08/2020 20:39

I'm sold on the lavazza frother too 😍

BadgerFace · 20/08/2020 20:40

@WhalesBail Following the Book Peoples sad demise I look at www.books2door.com/ or Scholastics.

PinkDaydreams · 20/08/2020 20:42

Keep checking John Lewis, it was up and down in price when I purchased for £20. They also price match as well.

allatonce99 · 20/08/2020 20:43

Random question, are the velvetiser codes definately one time use? Would it be worth posting a used code just in case it let's someone use again? And again?
Also, are the hot chocolates dark chocolate? I saw that it comes with 10 x 70٪ coco sachets, are they really strong? I'm so tempted!

sorryiasked · 20/08/2020 20:55

@Luxplus not sure it's a bargain but Amazon have them

Anydreamwilldo12 · 20/08/2020 21:02

Has anyone managed to use the Dr Botanicals code on a gift set? I think it might just be individual items.

Gustavo1 · 20/08/2020 21:11

Anyone looking for home gifts, also some bags/purses. Sophie allport are posting a new offer every couple of days. It’s currently 15% off Candles and home fragrance.
They’re quite pricy but their stuff is beautiful

Emma1962 · 20/08/2020 21:16

@allatonce99 here’s my used code for the velvetiser if you want to try it.

VEL35-N9RHLCPLTB
I just had a standard hotel chocolat account but I emailed them to ask how to get a code & they said if I upgraded to vip (free) they would send me one.
I’ve had my eye on these since last Xmas but couldn’t justify £99 but happy with this price. Think I’ll gift it to my daughter as she loves hot choc.

smartiecake · 20/08/2020 21:24

I have a code for £35 off the velvetiser if anyone wants it PM me.

FireflyGirl · 20/08/2020 21:28

Following sorryiasked's post up thread re: the Dorothy Perkins sale, they have free express delivery with codevEXPDP10.

It also takes 10% off, supposedly full price but my basket was all sale stuff and it took it off that. We are trying to be more environmentally friendly, moving away from wrapping paper, so I bought some of their scarves, reduced from £10 to £1.80 after the extra 10% deduction, for wrapping DM/DSis's presents.

Gooseysgirl · 20/08/2020 21:29

For anyone with Dogman fans, lots of the books are included in the 2 for £7 offer. My 6.5 yr old son LOVES them!

Millie2013 · 20/08/2020 21:37

Hello, I’m grateful for this thread, as I’m trying to get organised this year

I’m thinking of a sylvanian family set for DD, she’s a very young 7yo and loves soft toys and all things animal. If anyone knows of any offers, I’d be hugely grateful, thank you

I’ll share any decent bargains I come across :)

smartiecake · 20/08/2020 21:51

Velvetiser code gone

AintOverUntilTheCatLadySings · 20/08/2020 21:54

@Millie2013 I've found TKMaxx reduced section best for Sylvanian bargains. For some reason, they reduce and red sticker them in our local store after a while

bumblebe · 20/08/2020 22:00

I'm having a right mare with the amazon 2 for £7, spent ages picking books for my kids ended up with 10 books and cant get it any lower at the checkout than 42 quid when I'm sure it should be £35 unless my maths is wrong. And it comes up saying eligible for free delivery but then is adding on 2.99 delivery fee. Am losing the will lol, tempted to just order anyway but feel aggrieved it's not doing the right promotion Blush

sorryiasked · 20/08/2020 22:08

@bumblebe are they all Amazon as the seller?

bumblebe · 20/08/2020 22:14

Yes I think so @sorryiasked I filtered for all the books in the offer, it just doesnt seem to have taken off the right discount, I'll double check

Millie2013 · 20/08/2020 22:16

Thank you, Aintover Flowers

NerosFiddle · 20/08/2020 22:30

An unusual one, but if anyone sees any offers for a toddler vanity table could they let me know.

Mumto3thatsme · 20/08/2020 22:47

Try The Entertainer, , a few Sylvanian bits in their clearance
Isadora2007 · 20/08/2020 23:05

@NerosFiddle maybe a bit pricey but we got a similar one around 15/16 years ago from GLTC and it was fantastic quality and lasted two girls 9 years apart...

Bert2020 · 20/08/2020 23:42

@bumblebe the only way we ever get it to work is 2 at a time and check out for £7, completely daft!

Givealittlebit · 20/08/2020 23:49

Arghh well now I'm having to talk myself out of a milk frother I don't need 🤷🏻‍♀️
Loving that the threads are back, thanks reastie. Moving quickly already!

1stMrsF · 20/08/2020 23:56

@Bert2020 was just about to suggest the same to @bumblebe - buy them 2 at a time!
