We're off to Wales today. Only for 4 nights as I buggered up thinking they went back on 7 Sept, but it'll be a nice break.

I am picking up a second hand Power Ranger toy for DS this morning, bargain at £6 :) Also getting his school shoes!!!

We're doing more painting today. Dh needs to do some sanding in the bedrooms then we have three rooms to paint. I don't think we will get the second coats on the bedrooms which is annoying. Will have to wait until next week.

No he's a really hard worker he just feels as he's on annual leave he doesn't want to get up early to start. He's started now though. Plan is to get the dc's room done with both coats and first coat on hours. Bathroom just needs one we think.

We have two cats now . I know bugger all about cats , luckily they tell us all we need to know and I lurk on The Litter Tray .

Anyway, I have had really bad pain in my neck, should and upper back the last few days. It was so bad I couldn't sleep last night. I'm sitting now with a hot water bottle. Any tips?

Trapped nerve? Not much can be done for that though just keep moving and take ibuprofen

Neros check if the gap between your shoulder and ear is supported when you are in bed. The doctor suggested rolling a towel into a sausage and putting it in my pillow case towards the bottom of the pillow.
