I went to a wedding in Tenby 20+ years ago. I love the place - very jealous most. I remember the hotel having huge plate glass windows built into the cliff. It was stunning watching the stormy seas while eating breakfast.

Cross stitchers on this thread I've bought DD1 a project bag for her stitching. What can I fill it with? She's got my little scissors and a 9" hoop. already. I thought about a small hoop (4-5") and maybe one of those thread organiser cards. I think I've seen thin wooden ones on Etsy. Any more ideas?

A needle minder woolly? You can get some lovely ones.

I'm looking at this most and it's got a magnet in the middle which does the job of a needle minder but the needle minders are lovely. I might get her one anyway if I can find one that has some meaning for her. Rose/Rome/Initial - that kind of thing. I think I'm going to look for a needle case too

I'm truly knackered. And soaking in the bath now! I could barely walk home...I didn't feel tired until I'd finished, weirdly.

I removed the old peas and weeds around them mostly big weeds and have sown some more of the seeds DH got me for growing through autumn into winter.

See piles of weeds / peas removed and how the area looks now attached. There are still a few weeds left on the surface, but I care not! 😂😂

I aways make a lot of cakes for all my friends and neighbours. I make them a few different recipes . I ice them differently too .

Having just spent the last half-hour unpicking some light green, which should have been yellow green she needs a stitch unpicker. Also a new pair of 👀 might be handy... Daylight bulb if she's stitching in an evening would be fab.

Woolly Coal?

It is figs Woolly my poor NDN Rosemary suffered terrrrrrrribly with constipation and l tried to help with the cakes constitution and hers

What with my medical background, l knew what l could put in it to help her relieve herself. I was going to put Senna leaves as eyes but they didn't look as good as the figs .

Mrs You could have used dried apricots, although admittedly a yellow-eyed panda would look a little odd.

l can see the distinct various possibilities with it really , endless uses for it, Panda, snowman, Nightmare on elm street, It clown, Halloween cake endless possibilites so versatile

Those cakes are fantastic.

Blimey Mrs, the figs for eyes on that 'snowman' are inspired. Can't beat cake with a laxative for those stuffed up days.

Ohhh thank you soooo sooo much Holothane so kind of you to acknowledge the creativity it takes to make these cakes. l love them so much, l did a rainbow cake for the NHS staff in my local hospital to thank them.
