Bah all you non-camping fans
! DH is with you all!! I used to manage it, but when I HAD to learn to deal with sleep for Cubs, I learned to keep warm and no Cubs see my HWB but the other leaders, while laughing slightly at the wussy girl, are also careful to fill the burco for both the 20 million gallons of tea for leaders to drink while the Cubs slowly settle to sleep AND my HWB when we get back after campfire. DD has asked to go again this year on a girls trip. And DH has accepted that my camping chair is the best chair for back garden lounging....so I may persuade him yet!!
But a nice lodge in CP is also great!!
Not the nicest day outside, the sun that was shining this morning is gone, relatively calm wind, not terribly warm, but best day expected of the week so today is yoga day on the green.
Work bananas, I spent last night doing paperwork for Scouts, tonight will be junior sailing, tomorrow is a zoom call for Cub parents and other scouts paperwork. But I have re-started the latest scarf (needles pulled out of the last effort when it was 2' long, but I'd already made a number of mistakes so ripped it back), which is a basic one to keep my hands busy when I do stop. Ugh, phone going, chat later....
