Not much to say today. DH is pissing me off. Dd is being horrible. Ds brushed my hair and took pictures. We've been playing board games (I saw it first: jungle. It is brilliant for those with dc a similar age to mine and up).

Boot have a supply of ;rouleau de papier toilette;, enough to see me through the next couple of weeks at least . I wish l had bought more of the reduced SNOWMAN ;rouleau de papier toilette; just after Christmas when it was on offer that will teach me

I did another 2.5 hours at the allotment today. The kids scooted with me and played for about an hour, but the wind was freezing, so they got a bit chilly. DH came to fetch them for lunchtime.

I got a bit more digging done, but it's tough going really. Never mind. I'll do what I can and get ground-covering plants in this year. Next year I should be able to clear it a bit better, assuming we're still allowed out by then!

Makes mental note not to have anything to do with apricots any time soon

There's a farm shop nearby (well 20 mins away) giving veg boxes away to NHS staff. I might go and get one. They're doing a drive through service so that would be safe wouldn't it? I haven't been out in over a week and wasn't planning to go anywhere but this would really come in handy.

I am growing some grey at the moment but I do have two boxes of Semi P dye . ( I use Superdrug , so cannot pick up a box in the supermarket . Superdrug are doing Order+Collect which I don't feel like doing)

I didn't buy enough The Snowman loo roll and I was wondering (of I had spare stashed in the attic) if I'd use it now ? Would I be desperate enough to raid the Christmas Loo roll?

Mercifully we had a load of Costco loo roll and managed to get some last shop.

I am trying to persuade my DS (20) to let me cut his hair with clippers .
But my hands stink of tuna fish right now ( just fed the cats and decided tonight they can have a treat) .
So DS is reprieved (for now)

He has gone to the same barbers since he had his first baby haircut . H used to watch DH even before then to get him used to things .
They've got his Hair Cutting Records (like Sheldon Cooper) but DS has the sort of hair that takes advantage and goes feral

70 I don't have clippers to cut DH hair, but i've seen "all creatures great and small/grunt and smell" and "countryfile" so how hard can it be????
Surely all we have to do is get our victim recipient in some form of head lock and just go nuts with the scissors...i'm saving some fake baileys for when i do it for me, obvs

I always clipper DH's hair and DD let me do her fringe last night. She had gone full Dulux dog, so actually cooperated!

My hair is going grey from underneath. I don't dye it and I'm glad now!

DD's hair has tones like yours, Wreck. It's gorgeous (as is yours)!

DD1 has very thick hair, yet DD2 has really thin hair, I'm the one with thick hair and it desperately needs doing!!

Dad has had a message tonight to say about working from home, thank god, 1 parent less to worry about, Mum still has to go in, although she had today off as it's her birthday!!

Luckily my DS doesn't have straight glossy hair otherwise he'd look like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber !

He did say though that no-one would marry him if I cut his hair (not that I'm trying to get my 20yo married off you understand )
