Thought I'd start a thread over here as to not overrun the bargain thread.

I have ordered two. One being diabetic, I will admit I did think it a bit strange that there were no individual diabetic items on the site. Saying that, I am crossing my fingers hoping it will arrive.

If anyone has any updates, refund actually back in back/orders received 🤞 please post here.

Most intriguing thing for me was they had a half price sale for a short while in the middle of all this (along with free P&P!). Deffo trying to raise funds for something -not convinced it was stock though.

I lost money a few years ago with the Norfolk Hamper company. I sadly lost my money as I paid with my debit card (lesson learnt!). He was taken to court as so many of us went to the Trading Standards and reported him.

Hello everyone. I've thankfully received a refund for my 2 orders. It really makes me sick though that some people are so gullible on FB, giving them praise and sending them good wishes for their future venture and blaming the keyboard warriors for their demise. I wrote a lengthy post on FB this morning about the scam and how they'd been drumming up all the extra business the last few weeks. There's no way a company could afford to sell hampers at those prices. They deleted my post within 2 minutes and have now blocked me from making any further comments. They deserve to be locked up for this scam.

I had a refund today too! It is a strange business.

I received my refund today for the £12 hamper. I requested a refund on Wednesday.

So weird! I ordered months ago and never received an email or anything from them - as it was £12 thought I’d hang out and see what happened and if anything arrived and today I got a refund from the highland hampers, glad I got my money back but am baffled by the whole thing!

My refund has come through today, unrequested.

I'm now looking for an alternative hamper to send to extended family. I'm looking at Virginia Hayward because I've received their hampers before, but delivery is £6.50. Where is everyone else looking?

I do think the tale of the hampers is a far more exciting present than the replacement present I’ve actually brought my dad

I've had my two refunds as well. Like irwellmummy up thread I was also a customer of the Norfolk Hamper Company, so am feeling a bit embarrassed that I've cocked up again!

I have made my own presents now, filling Seasalt christmas jute bags with nice finds from the supermarket and have actually spent less than I did on the shonky hampers.

I'm still waiting for my refund(s). I've ordered a hamper from amazon at great expense for my exMIL, but at least I know it will get there.

Me? Money laundering or a way to raise cash to buy drugs.
Makes no sense that it seems literally everyone has been reimbursed otherwise. What about their salaries? Rent? Etc etc.

Feeling relieved now that my refunds have been received. Only £30ish but I'm just glad that they don't have it. God knows what we've funded.

What happened to the 50% of orders that had been posted out?

Were any actually sent though? I thought those posts were questionable.
