Thank you @Barbarara for the title!

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Re books: the thing is you will never know which books will stick for each child. But books that will last are a great gift. My advice would be to go to a really good bookshop and spend plenty of time looking around. Ask staff for guidance if you like, but buy something that you think is great and that you can imagine being happy reading again and again (and again...). Having said all that... I love love love The Snail and the Whale (for the two year old). The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark might be good for the 5 year old if you think they might be ready for a simple chapter book.

I didn’t even know sheepskin insoles existed and now apparently I have 6 pairs winging their way to me at a completely bargainous £2 each. Blush

I do always feel kind of bad reusing these codes over and over, but not this time. Firstly, all the rest of their products are so expensive I bet they can afford a few free pairs of insoles. (because with the postage I’m guessing they will pretty much be giving them away for free)

Secondly, when I went back in the second time to order a second pair (I was only originally planning on buying 2 pairs - one for me and one for DD1) it had already automatically added in the voucher for a second time so to pay full price I would have had to manually remove the voucher each time. Clearly they don’t mind it being used over and over by the same person!!!

My DS who will turn 12 on Christmas Eve has asked for a Switch for Christmas. I’m not sure about it, is he nearly too old for it? He admits he would prefer a phone but knows that’s not going to happen. Will there be any Black Friday deals that’s better than current offers?
Dd who’s 10 wants a proper Fitbit or Smartwatch🙄. Am I better to get her the child’s Fitbit or go for an adult one? Any offers likely on that? Thanks in advance for any help

Thank you for the code! Not sure what size Insole to go for as the recipient is a 5.5. Can the 6 be cut down to size does anyone know?

Ignore, it says in the description they can be cut to size!

Report
Jedstre · 16/11/2019 09:12

Yes they can be trimmed to size

Report
Elphaba17 · 16/11/2019 09:13

The liners can be cut down but they are very generous in sizing so I would just order a size 5.

🤞crossing fingers (and cold toes) that Celtic &co honour multiple orders with the code! In addition to some insoles, I also bought the mini fair isle stockings, either for decoration or as gift bags for jewellery etc
