Couldn’t resist the title given the chatter about the hampers. Cross fingers they arrive and are fantastic or that refunds are fast and painless.

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions on doing clicks links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know in bold or @ me Thanks

FFS. Didn't realize it was a minimum £20 spend

Serin · 10/11/2019 20:57

Caorunn gin is reduced from £28 for 700ml bottle to £22 in Asda. Best price I have ever seen it.

Gatecrashingadulthood · 10/11/2019 21:04

Hello!! Can anyone recommend a decent bean bag? Nothing too small! Thank you xx

BeanBag7 · 10/11/2019 21:12

Very pleased to get a playmobil zoo for £36 instead of £90 as it was half price in Argos plus 20% off with TOYS20.

Now I just need to find a friendly grandparent who would like to buy it for her Wink

Theonlyoneiknow · 10/11/2019 21:15

kirbs1989 my eldest will be 10 on Christmas Day too Grin

Duckyneedsaclean · 10/11/2019 21:15

Thanks @XmassyMumsy! According to camelcamelcamel those colouring books are usually between £25-£40 so great deal at £4!

Have ordered for niece.

Theonlyoneiknow · 10/11/2019 21:16

Sorry I meant kirbs1979 !

Justyou · 10/11/2019 21:20

After struggling over whether to get dd18 some Lego I find the perfect kit only it’s a new one and only on sale at the Lego store.
Do they ever have sales or does Lego sell new kits exclusive in the store for a short while then go on sale elsewhere?
I was amazed when it was even not on Amazon

boo300 · 10/11/2019 21:20

Hi can anyone recommend a good but cheapish microfibre towel thanks

AndddddHerewegoagain · 10/11/2019 21:23

Thanks @Dreamingofwalden. I think my niece is hoping for ones that look like air pods. -is really hoping one of us buys her actual air pods-

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 10/11/2019 21:26

I’m so annoyed I missed out on the Harry Potter onsie. This thread is like an emotional rollercoaster, I was concerned about my overwhelming desire to buy an ice cream cart. I had no idea who I could give said ice cream cart to but that seems very trivial as I now want a thread baby Hmm

Themazeoflife · 10/11/2019 21:28

EarPods (Original) should come down in price as the new versions are now available.

Hedgyhoggy · 10/11/2019 21:30

Dd6 loves story cds, she has Faraway tree (not keen), Roald Dahl and David Walliams. She has asked for more but I’m not sure what to get and don't want to spend very much 😬

springlike · 10/11/2019 21:38

Bluetooth Headsets i12 TWS Wireless Earbuds Touch Control POP-UPS Headones Bluetooth 5.0 In-ear Headphones with Mic and Charging Case Auto-Pairing Earphones,IPX5 Waterproof-White Earphones Sorry, I can't comment on these but the reviews look quite good. I'm tempted for DS who wants Earpods but won't be getting real ones!

Barbarara · 10/11/2019 21:38

Bad evening. Ds has just announced that he doesn’t like the Lego set he was banging on about after watching an online review. Can’t just exchange it as it was an older set I tracked down on eBay. And two of the people on my list have declared that we won’t do presents this year, which would have been great news a few weeks ago. It’s not like I can decently do anything but agree.

springlike · 10/11/2019 21:39

Sorry, was trying to do a proper link Blush

mummyof2boys30 · 10/11/2019 21:41

Very had a LOL thing in their early black friday deal. I only have boys so no idea what it is or if it's good tho lol

KavvLar · 10/11/2019 21:44

@Courtney555 congratulations. Lovely news, best of luck with twin bargain babies!

Kirbs1979 · 10/11/2019 21:47

Theonlyoneiknow thats ok, I don't mind if you want to knock 10 years off my age Smile

JaneyJimplin · 10/11/2019 22:03

I know dr martens have already been mentioned on previous threads, but does anyone know any good deals about now? I need patent sized 6, so adult size unfortunately. £129 just seems so much.

margaritasbythesea · 10/11/2019 22:09

Barbarara - could you sell on the Lego set? Your Ds and mine sound quite similar. I share your pain.

What were the other things? Could they be used elsewhere?

Gilead · 10/11/2019 22:14

These are on QVC at the moment. Five different Laura Geller eye/ face palettes. Work out at six ponds each so good for stockings, secret Santa etc.
