The fair was lovely. I didn't buy anything but coffee and cake (chocolate and cherry as a treat!) plus stroked a lovely dog it was so muddy coming out even my big car was sliding and it's only the first day.

I have been over the hospital best part of the day. The Sister on the ward was very kind said l could stay with Mum as long as needed due to the circumstances, Dad's death, Mum not being able to hear and her terrible leg infection. I was there to see the Consultant come around thankfully , she is staying with him until discharge He said her CRP, an indicator of how bad the infection is, was nearly 300 . Her legs are just awful, l have been washing them and putting Dermol on them all day , they are leaking what looks like watered down pus , it's horrible. She is in fine spirits though and l sorted her out tonight ready for bed and came home . She's not drinking enough though l am going to have to read her the riot act tomorrow
They had real trees in Morrisons about 5ft for £15 l don't know if the quality is any good for that though but it did seem a good price

We've got a 9:30am party this morning and it's almost an hour away! Plus dd is at a sleepover so I have to get her quite early and she will be tired and grumpy. Ds is still asleep. It's right near a Waitrose that stocks special low carb bread though so might pop in and get some. I feel a bit sick this morning not sure why.

Morning everyone .
Yesterday was fine , it's the prep that sucks < not envy .

Once the sedation goes in the whole thing is like a dream (though it's a crampy, gut spasmy leave me alone type of dream and I was absolutely raging hot for about 5 minutes . )

I need to wait for the full report but I had biopsies and they found an ulcer .

Best wishes to your Mum Mrs , there's something comforting about being in hospital knowing that everything is there but of course you have the noise of the other patients, people being admitted , not having your own bed and toilet . And the constant blood pressure , temperature , blood test and medication. And having no idea what time of day it is !

I'll come back and read through (coffee beckons )

We had similar as I'm on SW and DH merrily sat next to me and began to eat choc. He stopped when I looked at him like this 😡
