Thanks @buckeejit for title.

Have a look at Decathlon, "Coconuts*.

LayItOnFactor50 · 27/10/2019 13:04

Would anyone who’s got the craft gin subscription be able to let me know if it says on the outside of the packaging what it is please?

It sounds like a great deal but they only send by Royal Mail and don’t give you a delivery date or allow you to have it held at the sorting office. I live in a flat and wouldn’t want to put my Muslim neighbours in a difficult position being asked to take it nor could I have it delivered to the primary school I work at! GinGinGin

LostMyRubySlippers · 27/10/2019 13:13

Topcashback are offering 25% cashback at the works. There is also a code for free delivery over £10

I was ordering something on a multi buy which isn’t included in any discount codes so the cashback made for a good ‘saving’

LostMyRubySlippers · 27/10/2019 13:14

Sorry it was actually Quidco, not topcashback!!

Someaddedsugar · 27/10/2019 13:23

£5 off a £25 spend at Amazon with code GIFT05 - there appear to be a number of restrictions as some of my orders work and some don't!

tabbycat985 · 27/10/2019 13:26

@NerosFiddle Typical😫 Thank you for letting me know!

cailingaelach · 27/10/2019 13:27

LayItOnFactor50 my craft gin box didn’t have anything on the outside that would indicate what was in it.

Someaddedsugar · 27/10/2019 13:29

Can the Nectar double up be spent on Tu? Just debating whether to buy DS some bits now or wait a week!

PumpkinKing · 27/10/2019 13:42

Thanks Shitfuckoh for mentioning ELC have a 3 for 2 sale on. Just bought 13 month old DD some Happyland sets.

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 27/10/2019 13:58

@Someaddedsugar, yes, they can be spent on Tu. I've attached the leaflet from @Honeyandspice from another thread.

Someaddedsugar · 27/10/2019 14:16

Thank you @NoWordForFluffy!

Not sure if this is allowed or not so delete if not!
I follow a group on facebook called PlayPennies and they are always posting bargains and discount codes, it doesn't seem right for me to take their hard work and post it so thought I should tell you about the group! (Nothing to do with me and I have no idea who runs it!) But I just brought a 5 votive yankee candle cracker for £4.75 with free p&p from yankeebundles website with voucher newsubscriber5 which I thought looked great as a stocking filler! The group has posted lots of other codes to so thought I should share the groups details rather than take credit for their codes/hard work!

A code I was emailed earlier today is for 20% off at Boux Avenue with code NEW20 and £1 next day delivery with code NEXTDAY.
Other discounts I have previously posted are from my own emails/bargain hunting :)

Elphaba17 · 27/10/2019 14:57

I always thought playpennies were associated with HUKD? No idea why though, think it was because they used to have a link the playpennies blog on their site.

Yankeebundles is a great site, I've ordered from them before. Just seen on HUKD you can get 6 random small jars for £14.25 delivered with the code allatonce99 posted.

Batbear · 27/10/2019 14:58

@oxcat1 how about a Phlatball here

Notlongnow1 · 27/10/2019 15:03

No boux avenue codes are working for me. Are sale bits excluded?

TCody · 27/10/2019 15:13

Not sure if anyone has already posted this but amazon have all the Lego Hidden Side sets at really good prices at the moment. We have quite a few of the sets already and my kids love them. Also, they are the AR sets and basically become interactive via an app, which is really good.

BunnyBerries · 27/10/2019 15:20

Thanks to everyone for lovely bargains!

Here is my tip - you can get the first 3 Harry Potter books in the gorgeous new illustrated hardback form on offer for just £10 each at Bloomsbury online :) free delivery too if you get all 3.

ASpookyUsername · 27/10/2019 15:30

Hi I'm new to this thread and I need lots of help as I'm on sick pay from work (LTS) and having to watch my spending very carefully but obviously wanting to buy nice presents.
I'd appreciate some codes / help to find the best prices please. Can anyone responding please tag me in their responses as I'll miss the reply otherwise. this thread moves so fast!
I need:

DM - says she wants a robot hoover like a roomba or whatever its called
DF - likes wine, plays guitar, likes gadgets. Would not like novelty stuff. Very image conscious (not looks wise but likes to think himself important!)
DMIL - likes gardening and baking
DFIL - likes motoring and kit cars
DH - likes cars, james bond, doesn't drink, likes photography
DD - likes arts and crafts and stationery. Is nearly 12 but not into makeup or clothes (yet). Likes listening to music and youtube.
baby niece - 8 months at xmas
niece - 16, very into brand makeup, is a student but lives at home
nephew - 7 years, into marvel but has everything marvel related!

Also need some christmas 'thank you' gifts for a man and woman (not married or related). I don't know much about either of them but they have helped me in an advisory / legal capacity and I wanted to say thanks. The man alluded to having past health problems so I don't want to get him alcohol or chocolate in case he's allergic. Don't want to spend too much but definitely want to say thank you

Thanks for any tips. I am really trying to watch the pennies but have a family who don't really like cheap presents!

Winteriscomingfast · 27/10/2019 15:36

DM - says she wants a robot hoover like a roomba or whatever its called

Totally unreasonable ask. They cost a fortune.

Suggest that you dont do adult presents this year, you can't afford it. Thats reduces the list considerably.

Changingagain · 27/10/2019 15:39

@NeedMoreTea ds had the playmobil Santa's workshop calendar last year and we we're really pleased with it but it definitely isn't suitable for a child who still puts things in their mouth, lots of tiny bits.
He's had the playmobil 123 one with forrest animals before which was also lovely but without the choking hazards. The toot toot drivers one he had one year would be suitable but I wouldn't recommend it, had lots of road signs and random bits which meant ds stopped being excited to open it pretty quickly. The happy land one looks cute, but I'm going to have to wait until next year to try that one now as ds is too old for it and dd too young.
Ds asked for the playmobil Christmas ball one this year and I'd be happy to get it even at full price based on the ones we've had before.

Changingagain · 27/10/2019 15:43

I also think it's awful someone asking for a roomba, especially from someone in sick pay! The only time I can see it being OK to ask for something that expensive is from a partner with shared finances.
