Thanks @buckeejit for title.

Morning! If anyone was interested in the coffee bags, my sample set came on Thursday. The white blend IS decaffeinated.
Inside is a voucher for £5 off £20 online. Doesn't include subscriptions or coffee club products. Not sure about the postage, I imagine it comes off of the total.
Simply packaged, the sample set will make a good filler gift for coffee lover FiL.
Code is Sample5

@PinkJam and others who had cult beauty voucher orders cancelled.

I think that particular code was for people who had already ordered the cult beauty starter kit. We got an email to say they had priced it incorrectly at £30 and were sent a the code as it was account specific.

If you ordered the box and the code was refused I’d certainly complain but I don’t think it was ever meant to circulated as it was account specific and valid for only one order. I’m not sure how it came to be put on the thread?

PaddingtonBearPumpkinstare · 26/10/2019 07:00

Has anyone used the Real Coffee Bag Co for a subscription? The home blend is still full price at £69.99 but it says you can email them during your subscription to change blends.
Just wondered if you could buy the sale price then switch to the more expensive blend later Halloween Smile

Thanks for new thread. Have loads planned sat in my amazon basket for my ds8 and 6 but nothing at all for ds3... he likes his mega blocks, magformers, Hex bugs, has a toy kitchen, workbench, scooter and a balance bike... so tricky with third children as everything is handed down...

Sizeofalentil · 26/10/2019 07:11

My Anthropologie order arrived. Wish I'd ordered more (did x4 orders!).

Collection was painful though - was in the store an hour as they tried to remember where they'd put my stuff. Found one package in the changing room and another in the staff room in the end.

OMG can't believe I've made a Christmas thread title! I am delighted!

I messaged a couple of friends about kite & this beauty box which is great value & been mentioned before but no one has responded as enthusiastically as they should have, (that's them off the Christmas card list) Grin

I had to go to Morrison’s for a change yesterday and despite being in a hurry, thought I’d throw some extra bits in the trolley (washing powder, washing up liquid, beer for dh...), finally thought I had enough, so went to get dvd - had remembered wrong and thought it was Yesterday but there was no sign of any dvd for £5, so was desperately flicking through the thread and finally found it was Toy Story 4 which was on my list so got it. Then asked an assistant who said the deal would come up automatically - which it didn’t so called him for help and he just deducted a fiver from my shopping.

Not sure how bargainous it ended up being - a £70 shop later and dc ended up with an incredibly late dinner having spent time faffing with the dvd, looking for stuff in a store I don’t usually go to, doing a big shop rather than grabbing the 3 things I needed... Not my most bargainous hour ConfusedBlush but at least I got a fiver off a dvd that I wasn’t in a hurry to get Grin

While I was there they had lots of storage bits and bobs marked down including those sets of little teeny Really Useful boxes in a holder for £5.

They also had a cheap £5 set of the old Men In Black DVD’s if you bought the new MiB International dvd which could be good.

And they also had some A5 plain notebooks that weren’t sketch pads. I hate using lined paper for work and home notepads - it can be really difficult to find them. And they had several including some on offer for £1.50, which is good for had backed, wire bound notebooks!

doctorboo · 26/10/2019 08:40

@Whattodowithaminute I was browsing Ocado’s toy clearance page and found this Dino ‘rano magformer set’ for £23.44, not sure if that’s of any use?

Hygge are doing buy one headband get 4 bands free with hygge5 on the spinner. Total ends up £21.45 so probably only worth it if you can split them up.

Whattodowithaminute · 26/10/2019 08:47

Ohhh thanks @doctorboo

Rosie2000 · 26/10/2019 08:50

Matalan have kids pjs 2 for £12- go into offers and select the relevant offer (easier than going through all the pjs). Not a big selection though.

Just wanted to say thank you for the posters way back who recommended Long Tall Sally for a robe for my dd. I got one on eBay in the end as they are £££ but it’s lovely.

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 26/10/2019 08:58

Thank you for the new thread. Hoping my cult beauty order turns up, having used the £10 off coupon. I went for a huda palette for my sister.

LetMeLayAmongTheStars · 26/10/2019 09:15

Thanks for the thread, nothing to add right now but I have lots saved in my various shop baskets

Rosie2000 · 26/10/2019 09:17

What are hygge bands like? Seems like a great deal?

Bluewavescrashing · 26/10/2019 09:23

Just adding the Buyagift offer to this thread as it's such a good deal with lower priced gift experiences. I bought a Patisserie Valerie afternoon tea for 2 for £10 using the code just now. £5 per person--can't go wrong!

Thread 10 - Sil loves organic & shit.
Bluewavescrashing · 26/10/2019 09:26

Also realised that I posted a warning about Buyagift on the last thread about postage. I was talking nonsense - it's Notonthehighstreet you have to be careful with. Lovely personalised items, good quality gifts but the postage is applied separately to almost everything in your basket so I ended up paying a lot of postage having trawled the website for bargains last black Friday. You are all more savvy than me though I expect!

Courtney555 · 26/10/2019 09:27

Any paperchase codes available please? I need a recipe binder for DM.

Helssjbells · 26/10/2019 09:38

@Courtney555 I’ve been sent an email from
Paperchase - 15% off for both of us, if I refer a friend, but I need your email address. Do you want to DM me? Happy to do it, though i wasn’t going to get anything from Paperchase...I’m sure they’ll be something I’ll need Grin

Does anyone have a Freddie Flowers discount code? I’ve never used them before, is it easy to cancel if I sign up? I’m worried I’m going to get tons of flowers delivered and I’m not going to be able to stop them!!

Scoleah · 26/10/2019 09:40

Not sure if it's already been posted, but Aldi's has the Elmers starter slime kit for £5.99 here

Bluewavescrashing · 26/10/2019 09:42

Does anyone know if you can still get £5 off at Body Shop by bringing 5 used containers back to the shop?

imsorryiasked · 26/10/2019 09:45

@Helssjbells the are likely some on the referral thread - see link in opening posts.
