We went out yesterday. My head hurts. Shhhhhhh! 😂

I was only 11 when it came out, so not target market exactly! 😂

Wreck I quite enjoyed Christmas Chronicles too - was good to see a film with a cool Santa for once!

Dnephews sport (rugby - no idea why I'm being vague) is 23 miles away tomorrow. Was about 15 today, it's bloody ridiculous isn't it?

The only saving grace for me is that at this age they don't play a proper game - they play 3 10minute thirds so it's relatively quick and taking him is usually DHs job

I don't think Die Hard is a Christmas film (sorry Fluffy) BUT it is set at Christmas, there is a tree and a song or 2. Plus, it's tradition now to watch it every year.
I think watching it should be homework for the thread if you haven't seen it before. Age is not an excuse (I was only 3 when it came out)

Anyway, you all inspired me. I looked for an easy going Christmas film for tonight and have settled on the new grinch film from last year (while I'm half dozing as I feel awful)

Emrys you do [ fgrin ] but without the spaces before and after the word. All of the emojis with f before will give you the Christmas version. I'm assuming the f is for festive rather than anything Anglo Saxon.

We're just getting to the end of Strictly now. Craig's mention of Anton's teeth had me snorting with laughter!

I did decide what kind of Advent I want this year. So I do fountain pens and their inks and I discovered Diamine has an Inkvent calendar! Little special inks every day up to Christmas!

I was 4 when Die Hard came out. I think I saw it at age 6? I have brothers that are much older than I am lol I saw lots of things I shouldn't have as a child

We have the Die Hard debate every year. DH doesn't think it is, my boss disagrees. My parents haven't ever watched it (😱) and MIL thinks it's rubbish so she has no opinion.

onthebus definitely don't watch with DS. Lots of fighting / guns / swearing.

Hmmmm. I know my dad has watched Die Hard 2, as we rented it on video(!) and watched it together one Saturday night. Not sure about the original though.

DH was all, 'Of course it's a Christmas film!' when I said there were doubters on here!

I'm currently watching Die Hard 4.0. 2007 for this one. Crazy how fast time goes!

Mrs That is a GORGEOUS view! Our best view is from our city park hill here in town but if we drive about an hour away? We have Browning Mountain which is gorgeous. Best time of year to go is autumn
