The aim of this thread is to share ideas for Christmas bargains and present ideas and a little bit of Christmas chat etc. I’ll try my best to do a post with the most popular links, if there’s anything specific you’d like me to add or if something I’ve put up doesn’t work please let me know in bold . woodwaj near me a school is fundraising for an old bus which they are turning into a library for the children as theirs was needed for classrooms. has he got the happyland bus? and have you seen the bunk beds that look like a double decker bus? I was tempted for my dds but couldn't justify the cost! And we used to have a toy box that looked like a bus.

there's the books you can't take an elephant on the bus, don't let the pigeon drive the bus and the hundred decker bus.

also would he like bus experiences? there's the duck bus in London that goes on land and water, I really want to go but it's quite expensive. or open top buses?

Another question from me in the hope someone might be able to help - do you know of anywhere that can I get a Schleich style chestnut stallion (full chestnut) and a chestnut English bulldog?

@Someaddedsugar if you search Amazon for "chestnut stallion" and restrict to toys there are a few options?

I’m on the hunt for ‘a real dog that walks on a lead’ for my 4 year old she would love a real dog but that’s not happening so can anyone suggest the next best thing?

@Wineandchoccy we got a peppy pup for my DD 2 years ago when she asked for the same thing, she still plays with it and it cracks me up waddling along with a jingle behind her... But I am easily amused! 😁

@imsorryiasked thanks for the Amazon tip search - there’s a brand called Collecta that looks to have the exact markings I’m looking for! Just the bulldog to find now - Collecta have a black one so if all else fails that’s a back up. Hopefully I’ll find a red/chestnut one as DS would love one that looks like our dog!

Sorry to derail for a sec, but if anyone knows the answer to this it's you people - we're on holiday in London and DS wants to go somewhere to spend his birthday money on transformers tomorrow. We tried John Lewis, which had none. We're thinking of Westfield at Stratford tomorrow. Is that a good bet, does anyone know?
