Morning all, sorry I've been missing, my back flared up again and I was trying to still keep all the balls juggling. Somewhat better now, but I need to make sure I take it easy for a while yet.
Nero, I'm sorry to hear that about DMIL, I hope she is comfortable and that her DCs are getting the time they want with her. And you too, I know it can sometimes be hard for the ILs to get a chance for their own time.
Crazy, sorry to hear your DDad is unwell too, I hope he's ok soon and that you are getting a chance to unwind from all your caring duties as well.
Hi Lobster and Necessary, lovely to see more new people on the thread who have the Christmas bug!!
Fluffy, glad to see the allotment is progressing.
And all the crafts progressing in general. (I managed to get the sewing machine out last night - but to sew a pocket back together for DD rather than any fun stuff!!).
Mrs, glad to see you are back again, and that things are getting back to a more normal train of life for you - sometimes washing pots and pans can be very therapeutic!
Sorry if I missed anyone, I haven't seen PSB, 70s or Cish, I must go back through the chat to see how you all are.
Rudolph Day plans - Rudolph Day is the 25th of every month, when you can spend a little time thinking, planning or otherwise enjoying a little Christmas spirit - updating lists, working on crafts, booking things or adding to savings, or just enjoying a nice coffee from a Christmas mug and listening to some Christmas music or watching a Christmas movie (if your DH hasn't "helpfully" deleted them from the skybox [grr]!!).
THis week, I plan to finally book the flights for our Christmas Canadian adventure. We've just been too busy the past few weeks to sit down together and do it. And finalise other paperwork too, looking for DCA (equivalent of DLA I think) for DD - or I can't get my extended parental leave, daft!
