Morning!

It's a bit gloomy here today, but dry and not too cold, so that's something.

My hayfever is annoying me; I've started taking daily tablets. I don't think sleeping on my back helps as I have my mouth open, therefore drying my mouth / throat.

Fluffy it sounds like it could be bruised internally. But I am by no means an expert. Would you have accidentally rolled onto your shoulder in your sleep or anything?

No, I'm all packed in with a rolled up duvet! I have a nest as on the other side is a pillow which stops my arm dropping down when I'm on my left side.

We've done loads of washing recently; I feel like I need to wash everything in the house when it's nice! 😂

Morning all. Fluffy this countdown needs you back at work .

Lovely morning here so the washing machine is going on in a minute. DD2 has an interview next week so I'm going to make sure her room is ship shape for her coming home - even though it will look like a bomb's hit it half an hour after she arrives . She will be staying until after Easter which will be lovely. Need to get Easter Eggs this weekend and my monthly £10 worth of stamps for my Christmas food shop.

It's gorgeous here too...2 loads of washing on the line and a trip to the allotment where I have at least one butterfly enjoying my flowers! 🦋😊

My shoulder is a bit achey, but I'm told that's normal. I'm in less pain than before the op though, so that's good.

DS2 had a burger for lunch.

Fluffy I didn't get a peaceful lunch. Dd only slept for 15 minutes. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get a hot meal

DD will go to bed at 8.20. 😴

What a horrible week! With the sun coming up so early, my elderly dog seems to have decided the day starts around 4:30am so she's been whining to go out. Once I'm up, I can't get back to sleep so I'm exhausted (DH snores through it and it seems pointless to wake him when I'm awake already).

I have also been dealing with nonsense office politics today. Team member A has complained about team member B because of the way they speak. It's honestly 6 of one half a dozen of the other but all of a sudden, everyone has an opinion and it's been like refereeing school kids.

So, tonight DH has been shipped out to a sports evening event with his dad, dogs are fed, pjs are on and wine has been poured. I'm being very unproductive but I don't care!

I can't believe we've almost filled the thread - I can't wait to go back to dark evenings, cold outside and serious Christmas planning 🎄

Nothing going on here today really. It's not warm really, though it is dry, which is something!

Evening all.

Went shopping today and would have spent an absolute fortune if I hadn't used my boots points. Have to try and build it back up again now for another splurge.

Had Thai green chicken curry for supper, DS2 was in bed by 5.45 because of the clocks going forward, DD was in bed by 7.05. 😋🍛😴

I'm so tired what with the clocks going forward and the kids wanting to give me their cards and presents as soon as they woke up. 😴😴😴

Looks like it may be a bit of a cloudy day like yesterday. We did manage a BBQ at dinner time though, which was great. 😁 We did eat inside, however!

But, Line of Duty tonight. Whoop!!

Evening all and happy mothers day. Ive been so tired this week, the bright mornings have had the DC'S up at 6am every morning. With the clocks going forward it was 7.30 this morning, i hope it continues.

Weve had a lovely day and ive been very spoilt by DH and DCs. Back to work tomorrow but the week after ive booked wed off so im only working 2 days.

Evening all and Happy Mother's Day to everyone. I've had a lovely day - it felt a bit strange not having my own DM to speak to for the first time but I had a lovely lie in and a delicious dinner cooked for me.

I've got a dilemma. I watch Victoria with DD1 and Line of Duty with DH. Who do I upset tonight?

Woolly, I hope you watched LoD. It was 😱😱😱

Went ice skating with my mum and DS1, had sausage rolls on the bus for lunch, had supper in the diner at the rink, DS2 had a cheeseburger meal, DD had a dirty chicken cheeseburger and fries, DS1 had a cheeseburger and fries, my mum had a dirty chicken cheeseburger and dead hippie fries, I had a dead hippie burger and fries, the DC shared a slice of filth pie for pudding, DS2 was in bed by 6.50, DD was in bed by 8. 😋🍔🍟🍔🍟🍔🍟🍔🍟🍔🍟

I watched both Fluffy 😄. Victoria first with DD1 as she has work tomorrow and I've just finished watching LoD with DH 😱😱😱 indeed.

How much longer are you signed off for? Will you be off the entire Easter holiday?
