wooly im a bit in awe of my self to be honest ive never been this organised. Im determined to have everything done so that we can relax and enjoy the build up to Christmas with the DC's this year.

Its been a work day for me today. DH has taken a few days leave to cover most of half term. Returned home to dinner made and he had bought me a lovely bunch of flowers too. Day off tomorrow which im especially looking forward too as all four of us will be off together.

DD was in bed by 9. 😴

Thank you for saying that m'dear , it makes me question who is in the wrong because they blindside me all the time . I don't know whether l am coming or going half the time. Great idea to get a fit bit , DH loves his , he monitors his heartbeat and sees how many calories he has burned and he has this alarm that goes off on it when he has done his 10,000 steps lol he loves it!

I live! So sorry guys! My laptop died the other night honestly very shortly after I posted here on Friday. All of a sudden? It started giving me this blue screen of death that talked about how there was a memory problem. So my husband had me start transferring all my photos and documents onto thumb drives. After I was getting all that stuff going he got me a laptop from the store but he got me the wrong one and it was super slow. So he had to go back and exchange it and now I am on my new laptop lol. I decided I don't like Mumsnet on my phone lol so I uninstalled it lol

Mrs The Woolly project sounds very similar! It's such a lovely project! What is going on with your sister now? I need to go back in the thread and read closer to see if you told us all her insanity!

Fluffy My goal weight is about 120-125 lbs. If I could get up to 130 that would be even better.

Lilah is healing up. Tomorrow will be 1 week since her surgery. Today we took her shirt off her to let her walk around and wash the shirt. We'll put it back on her soon though so she can stay away from her tummy.

I've been doing a lot of embroidery for making tubie pads in the meantime. I also bought a pattern for some shamrock tubie pads which I'll start making tomorrow. But here's some I've made so far! I've decided I'm going to open up a facebook page and start selling some of these :)

cish Good job on the Christmas prep! We've decided we are going to start buying presents in September. On September 1st? Walmart opens layaway and we can put presents in layaway and pay money on them every week. Joe decided we're going to spend a lot for Christmas because he's going to buy the girls each a laptop for doing school work and playing on. And a Nintendo Switch? I'm not honestly too sure what that is besides a game system.

I've decided I'm driving to work today as I just can't face jogging / public transport! Then I've a lift both ways the next two days. 😁 Then it's back to normal from Monday, finally.

Wheelie boo to laptops glad you have a new one sorted. Wallmart lay-by sounds like an excellent idea. There are a couple of major toy stores near us that do similar but DS has never bothered with toys and DD has far to many so its of no real use to us.
DS would love a Nintendo switch but at that price hes going to be waiting a while.
fluffy i dont blame you one bit for driving your commute has been awful. Glad it will be back to normal for you on monday.

DC's are having warm weetabix for breakfast. Ive left DH in bed to have a lie in and in going to put a load of washing in. Its very strange having us all here together. Ill feel like its the weekend all day which will confuse my week completely.

I’m excited for Christmas already. DS is currently in the hospital after falling out of his wheelchair yesterday morning at my moms apartment. I need a distraction. So I’m currently looking at Christmas decorations online.
I have a meeting later this week to discuss respite care for DS. A social worker is coming to visit me on Friday afternoon to answer my questions and help me fill out the application form.

I should say Wheelie that DS1 relaxes in hospital because he feels safe. He's been going since he was 6. 😆

Did wash, have washed the rest of the uniforms, some of them will have to wait to be dried until tomorrow, as I also have to dry home clothes and pyjamas, which are more urgent. 😆

Wheelie would it be okay to share the photos of the tubie pads with DS1? He doesn't use anything like that.

I've just read that you're going to sell them on Facebook! I'd definitely buy some if you'd be okay with mailing to the UK?

Well guys my laptop drama was not over! I opened my new laptop earlier to get on here? And guess what? The whole screen was so dark I could barely see anything! We updated stuff and restarted the laptop and nothing. Restarted it again and the screen is normal! So no idea what was going on. lol

PSB You are very welcome to share photos! And sure! What kind of colors and patterns does your DS1 like? I can make him some! I need to go to the store tomorrow for some more fabric. I want to try and find some more star wars and maybe star trek fabric. But I'd love some ideas of stuff your son might like!

fluffy We are in a winter advisory tonight! We are supposed to get ice and snow overnight 1-3 inches so we'll see what happens lol. Lilah is doing very good. She's grumpy she still has to be kenneled but that's because her and Azrael get a bit rambunctious with playing and we're trying to keep her tummy protected until it's more healed.

Cish Back in the old days? Walmart had year round lay-by but then a few years ago they did away with it! I really miss it because all year would be even better than just September to Christmas! Chanukah this year runs through Christmas December 22-30 so at least we don't have to have all the presents by the beginning of December!

spinabifidamom I hope you guys can figure out respite care! I'm trying to get personalized home care still for the days I'm home alone (Wednesday and Saturday) that way I can have help with my feeding tube stuff.

I have been doing major embroidering on my machine today and lots of putting snaps on. I did shamrocks and stars today. Joe is taking me to Walmart tomorrow for more fabric for me to pick from.

I got all my supplies today! So I am no longer out of formula and I'm all hooked up to my feed for the night. I love getting a shipment of supplies because it's like Christmas lol

It's about 6:45 pm and I'm waiting for our snowstorm to hit lol

Damp weather today, but all our washing got dry yesterday, so it doesn't matter today!

We've decided to go to Speke Hall on Friday, which will get the kids running about nicely. Should be good!

I'm so jealous of you getting washing dry outside all year round Fluffy. We have heating wars every weekend because DH still doesn't understand that clothes don't dry indoors without heat. During the week I passive-aggressively turn it up when he's gone to work at 6.30. 😂
