Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

To do click links you do this put link in here then a space then the name or phrase you want to go with the link . Don’t put a space between the start of the link and the and then last word and the like I have or it won’t work but I had to to demonstrate.

To follow the thread without using up a post to mark place you can click on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first post.

No affiliate links please.

Referral thread here

Second message has a few links and info which I’ll slowly build up, let me k ow if there’s anything you’d like me to add to it Thanks

KavvLar · 16/12/2018 18:50

Congratulations Reastie! And sorry about the sickness. It is the worst.

Asj0405 · 16/12/2018 18:53

orangemouth · 16/12/2018 19:01

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll have a look.

chillimice · 16/12/2018 19:07

Oh so many congrats @Reastie!!! I’ve been on your threads for YEARS under various names and it’s truly the highlight of my year and I’m ridiculously pleased for you! I hope the sickness settles (passes a useless ginger biscuit) x

Reastie · 16/12/2018 19:13

Chilli is that a biscuit from a biscuit tin (that I forget which animal it was) that caused a lot of drama and flouncing a few years ago?! Wink

Thank you for all the congrats, but, seriously, as you were with the bargains Grin

Woodwaj you’re not far off actually but may have slightly aged me, although it is my birthday next week so I’ll be that much closer to 38!

sheepwithoneear · 16/12/2018 20:19

My lovely 11 (going on 19) years old niece has asked me for a nail art kit - but not a children’s one
Has anyone seen any sets with brushes and stampers but not false nails?
I’ve tried boots Superdrug tx maxx Gordon’s Chemist (NIreland) no luck

Sarahclacko · 16/12/2018 20:22

GandalfsRing · 16/12/2018 20:33

Excuse typos

Scoleah · 16/12/2018 20:34

@sheepwithoneear I used to Have some Rio nail art pens, you can get them in Argos but they are cheaper on EBay, not sure if they would come in time though!

ShesABelter · 16/12/2018 20:42

Congrats @Reastie I had hypermesis and it got worse with every pregnancy you have my sympathy it is horrendous and one of the best things about giving birth was the sickness/nausea going away! I hope it doesn't last the whole pregnancy. Two of mine were over Xmas as I was due January and it was miserable!

PhannyMcNee · 16/12/2018 20:50

Congratulations Reastie.

Please can I ask for advice? I need to get something for my friend’s 6 year old son. We see him once or twice a year so don’t know him especially well. Mine are all older so I’m a bit out of touch with what 6 year olds are into! Budget of £10-£20.

Thank you

BookMeOnTheSudExpress · 16/12/2018 21:18

Wasn't it a moo-ing milk jug Reastie?
So funny!
And the Grinchy person went all bah humbug because you were nominated for a secret Santa present! (Which you v much deserved!)

sheepwithoneear · 16/12/2018 21:22

Gandalf & scholeah thank you
Didn’t even think about Argos 🤦🏻‍♀️
eBay seems to be January delivery

Polkapjs · 16/12/2018 21:24

I’ve had two friends with the dreaded illness so my sympathies go to you. One could only eat Quavers and one, mash - it’s a horrid thing and I hope you get the good drugs and feel better soon

Squ1ggle · 16/12/2018 21:28

Congratulations @Reastie, I'm 11 weeks myself, have had horrible nausea since week 6 and it's been horrendous but it's not hyperemesis so I can only imagine how awful you've been feeling. Hope it passes soon Flowers

CarrotVan · 16/12/2018 21:44

Whyisitsodifficult · 16/12/2018 21:48
