Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

Anyone else having problems ordering from the entertainer website? Last 2 days every time I put all my details in it comes up with a red message hat says "failed to order".

@caffeineanddryshampoo on my phone it kept crashing when I tried to pay through PayPal or amazon then wouldn't work st all. Switched device and set up an account instead and all well.... did fail about 10 times on my phone!

Not sure if everyone knew about this apart from me but if you ever reserve anything at Argos at a cheap price and later it shoots back up, if you go to the cashier they can put in your code and honour the cheap price.

hoopdeloop - I didn’t know this until yesterday, when I looked into it due to the pony purchase too! Annoying in a way, as I’d reserved the WiFi plugs on offer from Argos over Black Friday, but didn’t go through with the purchase when I saw they were back to full price - I didn’t think to ask about it at the desk, just left it when they were coming up full price - but at least I got the ponies for £10! It’s a seriously impressive box for £10 too!!

Just wondering if your amazing minds could help me come up with a present for my Dad please? I am struggling so much! He has everything he wants and needs and the money to buy things for himself as and when. He doesn't have hobbies or easy to buy for interests and he doesn't play or follow sports. He works a lot and then enjoys a beer in the pub with his friends talking politics. He doesn't cook or do DIY. I can't book him an experience or tickets as he is often away with work. If I get him vouchers to use or book something for himself he will not use them. He doesn't read books or listen to music or watch that much TV. He doesn't clothes, shoes or toiletries as my DM has that covered. I am so out of ideas that aren't just a load of tat that he won't use or appreciate. Writing that all out I could almost cry.. it sounds like he does nothing fun, he is always so busy working! He is 55. Thank you all so much in advance!
