Thought I’d do a ‘how to’ for a couple of things people often post about not being sure of

@GruffaloStick try looking in the craft magazine section - lots of the Christmas issues come with festive crafty stuff like stamps so you might get something. Or eBay can be good for this sort of thing. Even toy shops might have some in their arty section.

Failing that go old school - potato prints and paper snowflakes (to stick on or use to stencil...

Or google images of reindeer, snowmen, Santa etc using hand, feet and thumb/fingerprints - google eyes, few dabs of paint and some very cute patterns...

@gruffalostick Lidl had Christmas stamps in a few weeks back. I think my store still have some lurking in the aisle of tat.
My children pounced upon Christmas window stickers in there this morning and have now stuck them randomly decorated their bedroom windows.

Aw rosa that’s just given me fond memories of painting Christmassy footprints with the dc when they were small, don’t think I could get away with it now, they’d be terrifying giant horror Rudolph faces 😂

baubles I can only find opened ones, or fake ones on the Facebook/gumtree sites near me unfortunately.
remy that’s the ones, a bit more expensive than the usual £10-£11 for that series but better than I’ve seen elsewhere, so thank you.

jammie have you tried whsmiths for lol dolls? They seem to have a variety of old series ones in shops near me. If you can't find any I can look out for you when I'm out and about this week and post to you for cost plus postage if I see them. :)

Last night I dreamt about the Aldi carrots I had a collection of carrots and I was hugging a large parsnip.
I don’t shop in Aldi. I haven’t even seen the tv advert. My only knowledge of them is from this thread.

jammiebammie don't go with toygamecenter- they have horrible reviews.

Best bet would be the Amazon two pack when it comes back in stock or buy the three pack from Amazon.com which will work out pretty much near RRP. Or I'm on a couple of good LOL fb groups - people sell unpopped, fully wrapped confetti pops all the time, often just clue checked for RRP plus postage.

I picked up the Vtech toot toot advent calendar in Tesco today for DS2, which I thought was a good price.

@Jammiebammie feel your pain over the confetti pops - I've been looking too. Have managed find glitter, glam glitter, underwraps but no confetti pop! I'll keep looking and if I find any I'll let you know (also not paying amazon prices!)

Not the LOL stuff that @JammieBammie wanted but www,poundshop.com has some cheap LOL bits including suprise light up bags for £2, bubble bath for £1 and so on.

They also have loads of slime (£1-3) including unicorn slime shaped poo, star wars slime, giant nickelodeon slime buckets, stretch putty and more.

Plus lots of other bits that could be good stocking fillers, make up, christmas bits of gubbins, food, boring things but worth a look...

B&M has these, might make good stocking stuffers (don’t know how well their tiles work compared to brand ones, but the range is 25m or something)

Anyone here made a photo book as a present? I’m trying to do one (tried a couple of different companies in case it was their app problem)
When I select photos, I just get a white circle on them and nothing happens. Try to click ‘done’ but it won’t.
Could this be an iCloud issue? Or a phone/broadband issue.
I’ve heard the uploading takes ages but nothing seems to be happening at all.
